El clima les estába fallando encontré un charco de agua, durante la noche el clima no dejó de tirar agua y esto provocava un ruido constante que no dejó descansar.

Super nice customer service, so very friendly. Great location near super good restaurants!

It was very nice. The customer service was excellent! Really clean, adequate towels. Liked it so much we added an extra day in Bacalar.

Cons:

I didn’t like the key/lock situation. It was a little tricky to get into the room but it was very secure!
