Faptul ca auzi si vezi marea din pat... un urias plus!
Peretele din sticla al camerei cu vedere la mare...wow!
Plaja, nisipul, pretul sezlongurilor super ok.

Cons:

Micul dejun...ceva rau! Prea repetitiv.
Statiunea, daca se poate numi astfel, ceva gen Mamaia 2000, jalnica!

Staff were kind, thoughtful and exceptional. Even with a language barrier. They tries wvwrything for our stay to be the best

Cons:

Facilitltes , food all exceptional, cleaning could be every 3rd day. Maybe every other if requested. But in fairness. You can put out a call if needed.pool inside and outside were fabulous. Steam and aàuna jacuzzi, all amazing. Great experience

Great location, clean facilities, smiley staff
Pros:

Excellent location, sea view from the restaurant and some rooms.

Comfortable matress and large room.

Everywhere is quite clean.

You can find service-friendliness which is rare in Bulgaria :)

Cons:

Wifi doesnt work properly, we picked this hotel after seeing a large desk in the room enough for 2 people to work but the wifi stops working several times a day. I dont recommend for long stays if you need to work.

Also sea in Kranevo is smelly and wavy, not pleasant to swim but it’s irrelevant to the hotel.

The location is very good - at the beach and close to the central part;
The room size is big and view to the sea and beach is great;
There is a dedicated parking lot for guests
The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast has various options but the quality of the cheese and ham was not very good. There is an option to order a coffee made by capsules for 2 euro because the one served at breakfast was bad.
The cleaning was not ok- for 3 nights stay the cleaning staff only clean the trash bins and supply with toilet paper. Only some of the towels were changed.
I would also recommend to install longer curtains or blinds on restaurant's windows facing the beach because the sunshine is very strong in the morning and is very hot to seat on the tables close to the windows.
