Great hotel
Pros:

Big rooms, big bathrooms, clean, right next to the beach and close to the shops. We enjoyed the food - it was very tasty, good quality and good variety. Staff were very kind too. We loved our stay, great value for the money compared to many other places we have been!

Cons:

The only thing was that there was no balcony in the room, but in fact it wasn’t a problem as there are big French windows, still some place to put the swimming suite to dry and nice area to sit outside next to the restaurant

Pros:

I especially liked the meals. The cook is genious!

Cons:

The only minus is that sometimes people from the oitside use the car park, and one has to figurw out where to park. Then check the hotel parking.

L'emplacement est excellent, juste en face de la plage.

La chambre était très spacieuse.

Les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont superbes.

Cons:

Tout d'abord, à notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas trouvé de place de stationnement. Nous nous sommes donc garés devant l'hôtel pour décharger nos bagages et avons demandé à la réception où nous pouvions nous garer. On nous a répondu de chercher une place aux alentours de l'hôtel et d'ensuite garer la voiture plus tard dans la soirée sur le parking de l'hotel, car les personnes se rendant à la plage profitent de leur parking. Il nous a fallu 20 minutes pour trouver une place, tant tout était plein. Et ceci c'est reproduit à chaque fois que l'on prenait la voiture. Il serait vraiment souhaitable de trouver une solution pour éviter ce genre de désagrément.

De plus, nous avons constaté que malheureusement le petit-déjeuner manque de diversité, notamment en ce qui concerne les produits sucrés.

Ensuite, la salle de bain ne correspondait pas aux photo présentées lors de la réservation. Il serait judicieux d'inclure des images de toutes les configurations de salles de bain disponibles dans les chambres de l'établissement. Nous avons également relevé que le système d'extraction de la salle de bain était encrassé par la poussière. Enfin, le bouton de la chasse d'eau des toilettes restait parfois bloqué en position enfoncée, entraînant un écoulement continu de l'eau.

Enfin, un dernier point que nous souhaiterions aborder concerne le fanion que nous avions accroché à notre porte en quittant l'hôtel, indiquant que nous ne souhaitions pas que le ménage soit effectué. À notre retour, nous avons constaté que le service avait tout de même été rendu, ce qui est appréciable. Cependant, nous estimons qu'il serait préférable de respecter les souhaits exprimés par les clients.

Pros:

Condiții bune, mâncare bună, piscina în aer liber și cea acoperită.

Cons:

Infrastructura din întreaga stațiune lasă de dorit,si faptul ca se fumează în camere, iar dacă lași geamul deschis, întra miros de țigară.

Great value!
Pros:

The hotel is right on the shoreline, rooms are comfortable and clean, facilities include a good restaurant with tasty breakfast and dinner and two nice pools (one of them is a heated inside pool). Staff is very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Maybe the lack of a proper balcony for the room, but we could manage without.

Good for families with children
Pros:

The pools were an excellent add on. Comfy beds. Staff polite , although in the last 10 years of visiting Kranevo noone managed to learn English over there.

Cons:

Pool closes at 8 p.m. , that ends the fun in a town with no options for fun in the evening. During the 4 nights trip we had half pension and the food was repetitive and mediocre.

Miły i czysty hotel 3 gwiazdkowy, godny polecenia i blisko plaży :)
Pros:

Czysto, schludnie, przyjaźnie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Obsługa miła i komunikatywna. Posiłki ze sporym wyborem. Dwa nieduże ale czyste baseny, wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny.

Cons:

Obok jadalni wewnątrz budynku zbudowany jest ładny, całkowicie zabudowany i przeszklony taras z widokiem na kawałek ogrodu i plażę. Niestety mimo tego, że znajduje się tam ponad 20 stolików do spożywania posiłków nie ma konkretnie wyznaczonej strefy do palenia papierosów (popielniczki na każdym stoliku), co powoduje, że osoby niepalące nie mają pewności, czy obok nich nie siądą osoby raczące ich uporczywym dymem. Sami niemal za każdym razem byliśmy w takiej sytuacji i trzeba było wchodzić do środka. Myślę, że bez problemu można byłoby to pogodzić wyznaczając w części tarasu (zabudowy), stoliki dla osób palących.
Słaba jakość WIFI - zrywa internet co chwilę.

Pool ist nett, Zimmer in Ordnung

Cons:

(Abend)essen unglaublich schlecht bei winziger Auswahl, dürfte aber in der Umgebung generell so sein. Rauchen im Restaurantbereich erlaubt, grauenhaft, hier ist die Zeit 50 Jahre stehen geblieben.
