Jestem ogólnie bardzo zadowolony, to jest świetny hotel i jest bardzo dobrze położony.
Pros:

Obfite śniadania, lokalizacja niemal w środku lasu i bardzo blisko piaszczystej, dużej plaży nad Zalewem Cedzyna. Bardzo miły personel (szczególne pozdrowienia dla Pań sprzątających) oraz baseny.

Cons:

Jeżeli jest klimatyzacja na 3 piętrze przy windzie i są upały, to ta klimatyzacja powinna działać, być włączona. Hotel (menedżer) powinien rozważyć "podkucie" wszystkich krzeseł i łóżek podkładkami (może filcowymi), bo każde przesunięcie tych mebli generuje ogromny hałas z sąsiednich pokoi, nawet z niższych kondygnacji i o różnych porach dnia i nocy. To samo dotyczy krzeseł w restauracji. Byłoby to podniesienie komfortu dla wielu osób.

Niestety to mój ostatni pobyt w tym hotelu. Byłam stałym gościem ale przez kilka ostatnich lat hotel schodzi na psy. Wie

Otoczenie, strefa basenowa

Cons:

Jakość pościeli i ręczników (bardzo stare, pożółkłe) i nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny w pokoju. Obsługa restauracji nie trzyma poziomu - śniadanie do godziny 10:00 a o 10:01 wyłączone ekspresy i nie można zrobić już kawy. Przydałoby się trochę więcej elastyczności w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu.

Wyjątkowa obsługa przez panie pokojowe - ich życzliwe podejście do klienta i natychmiastowe reakcje na prośby.
Jacuzzi zewnętrzne usytuowane pośród leśnych drzew tworzy niesamowite wrażenie. :)
