Nice boutique hotel in great location
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very hospitable. The hotel aesthetic is very cute, but specifically the common areas. Breakfast was excellent—the best hotel breakfast we had in Georgia.
Location is perfect, right in the center of town but on a less busy street. It was easy to find on-street parking.

Cons:

I wish breakfast started a bit earlier (started at 8:30). There were several other groups that also showed up right at 8:30.
Room felt a bit outdated. AC wasn’t working and the room was a bit stuffy due to high humidity.

Cons:

Our experience at the hotel started out nice because the hotel is in a very central location and the design is very special, but unfortunately we were given a room next to an old, creaky elevator, so it was difficult for us to rest at night. In addition, the insulation between the rooms is not good. We contacted the reception to ask to change rooms, but they were full, so we asked to cancel and receive a refund, but we were rejected because the reservation was made through Booking.com.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Location in the center,nice decor. Room equipped with cosmetics, slippers and even bathrobes. Complimentary tea, coffee and water jn the room on arrival (just keep in mind it’s not restocked daily). Our room had a splendid view on the Cathedral which was amazing. The breakfast was very nice with big choice of food. Overall excellent value for money for a short stay in Kutaisi!

Cons:

Although the room decor was nice, it made the room very dark, in the evenings even with lights on it was dark. It would have been nice to have teaspoons in the room along with tea cups. If someone’s sensitive about insects then watch out for tiny ants - my leg got bitten and after that I’ve started looking and found ants running on the beedsheets of two beds in a room. Was weird though as the whole room itself was spotless clean.

Pros:

Это потрясающее место. Каждый уголок отеля продуман и очень мил. Номер был на 4х с балконом - потрясающий вид с балкона, просторный номер, чисто. Великолепное расположение рядом с центральной площадью. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, есть кофемашина. Персонал приветливые и ненавязчивые.
