Pros:

Before arrival, the staff were very helpful and the airport shuttle service was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Breakfast was good but a bit rich.

Cons:

There wasn't a wardrobe or chest of drawers in the room which was a bit inconvenient. As it was a ground floor room, there was some street noise. Staff were friendly but couldn't always help with questions about the city itself. Boiled eggs served at breakfast were out of date.

Overall good impression. The male receptionists gave me good recommendations and were kind. The hotel's location cannot me better - right in the middle of the city. The room size was good for our needs.
