Cons:

We booked a room and asked the receptionist to let us see it before checking in. She immediately reacted dismissively and questioned why we wanted to see the room.

The room itself was nice, but there was an unpleasant smell. However, the main reason we decided not to stay was the receptionist’s attitude and the way she treated us.

We calmly returned the key card, sad goodbye. We were leaving when she suddenly became rude and aggressive, questioning why we had even looked at the room and what we didn’t like about it. We had not started any argument or caused a scene - she turned a simple situation into a conflict herself and accused us of being the ones who started it.

Very disappointing experience. The way guests are treated matters just as much as the room itself.

Nice rooms and tasty breakfast, great value for money.
Pros:

Pretty clean apartment with clean towels and sheets. The mattress was great, so we slept well. Decent breakfast with simple dishes and not a lot to choose from, but everything was delicious :). We arrived late enough, and they were still waiting for us.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The rooms are modern, extremely cozy, and feature a fairly spacious balcony. The bathroom, furniture and appliances are all top-notch. It is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood in Kutaisi, with the added bonus of secure parking in the inner courtyard.

​I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and overall we are very satisfied. The host is extremely welcoming and easy to communicate with. Reaching the city center takes about 20-25 minutes on foot, but taxis and public transport are very cheap, so location is not an issue at all.

Pros:

Hanno preparato sempre cose nuove per la colazione: piatti tipici, caffè tradizionale, frutta fresca e dolci fatti in casa. La stanza è molto grande e nuova, il bagno è rinnovato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Un bellissimo albergo vicino al centro
