Pros:

Ubytování ve velkém městě jen přes jednu noc. Možnost posezení venku na terase. Pokoj prostorný pro dva lidi. Koupelna sdílená mimo pokoj.

Cons:

Koupelna nebyla moc čistá, té bychom určitě věnovali mnohem více pozornosti. Dále je v ní relativně velké okno, vysoko umístěné. Večer, když jsme byli v koupelně, přišli jsme si jak ve výkladní skříni - okno se nedá nijak zatáhnout/zakrýt.
Sdílená kuchyně s jídelnou také nebyla úplně nejuklizenější a velmi stroze vybavena.
Klimatizace na pokoji nefungovala (nebo se nám minimálně nepodařilo ji spustit), když jsme si otevřeli okno, nedalo se moc spát, kvůli ruchu z města a blízké silnici. V pokoji bylo opravdu velké teplo v noci (navštívili jsme v první polovině července).

Horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing absolutely

Cons:

I booked one room, been given a totally different one without an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom was in the corridor and was very dirty!!!!!
Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff wasn't appropriate. Had to cancel my second night

Pros:

Vintage decorations. Unique wooden paraphernalia. High roof! Feel like you are in 16 century building. Spacious room.

Cons:

Filthy floor. Dirty WC and kitchen. Bugs in bed! Not possible to communicate with the owner. Air conditioner not effective.

Достатньо щоб переночувати
Pros:

Зручне ліжко, чиста постіль, є холодильник, шафа, гаряча вода. Нас приємно зустріли і надали недорого додаткове ліжко.

Cons:

Було брудно в ванній кімнаті, не було мила, замість нього була вода. Був брудний унітаз.

Pros:

Очень уютный дом.
Расположен 30 мин. Пешком от станции Кутаиси-1 и 20 мин пешком до центра.
Рядом много продовольственных магазинов.
Даже в мае Было включено отопление для гостей, т.к. вечером на улице было прохладно.
Хорошая оборудования кухня.
В номере есть холодильник.
