Pros:

The location is great. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was there for just one day. The breakfast was very delicious, clean breakfast area with a view directly on the river. It was great!

Cons:

The room was too dark!
There is no lift. It is not comfortable with bags.

The staff stole money from me while I was gone.
Cons:

I left approximately €100 in cash in a drawer under a bag of almonds. The money and the bag of almonds disappeared while I was gone. When I confronted the staff, they lied and said there was no money found, but confirmed they found the almonds. This sadly made our stay awful.

Pros:

Hotel z prawdziwą duszą. Takie miejsca pamięta się bardzo długo. Niesamowicie urokliwe miejsce. Widok na rzekę i góry- coś pięknego. Do tego miła obsługa z cudownym pieskiem oraz dobre śniadania.

More like a Three Seasons
Pros:

Around a 10 minute walk to the city centre

Cons:

It's not an actual four seasons. I'd say it's just a standard 3 star hotel - Our room did not have a view of the river.

Bathroom was easily flooded with shower running.
Breakfast wasn't a buffet but was table service - I had to leave as we had a taxi booked, but there was constantly more food being added to the table.

The food is delicious, the hotel is spotless, and the villa is absolutely incredible. I have no words to describe it. The location is perfect as well.

Good place to stay in Kutaisi
Pros:

A very nice place to stay in Kutaisi. Very nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. I can't complain on anything.

Cons:

The bathroom could have more shelves but overall it was a minor issue.

Pros:

The women who served the breakfast were very kindly. The room was clean. The breakfast was nothing special but it was ok. For that price this hotel is good but I wouldn't book it one more time.

Cons:

The man on the reception was very unfriendly. He seems like he don't like tourists. We missed a place to keep our things in the bathroom.

Pros:

Персонал очень вежливый ,в номере было чисто ,о виде на реку с балкона,просто нет слов.Завтрак очень хороший,объемный ,прям домашняя атмосфера.

Pros:

Very nice, renovated building. Close to the river. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The walls are thin; you can hear everything from the next room. The bathroom is very small; it's hard to move around in, which makes it dangerous for a larger person.
