Pros:

Das Personal war super nett, das Zimmer war schöner als auf den Fotos, der Speiseraum fürs Frühstück war sehr charmant und das Frühstück selbst reichlich und lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehe zentral und der Preis top!

Pros:

Très bel hôtel extrêmement bien placé, en plein centre de Koutaïssi. Chambres spatieuses et fonctionnelles, bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas très chaleureux mais très efficace. Le petit-déjeuner se fait directement devant certaines chambres, cela peut créer du bruit, mais ne nous a pas dérangés.

Noisiest Place in a Peaceful Town
Cons:

I had to switch rooms because of the host's child who was running around literally sceaming until midnight. (He only stopped after I begged for it to please stop.) The room I switched to was next to the street and was one of the loudest and most noise polluted rooms I've ever stayed in. From 8pm to 4am, the constant booming sound of cars, buses and their drunken loudspeaker subwoofers pounding terrible electronic music was like being tortured. Then, at 7am, the clanking of plates and shouting of the breakfast crew was the noisy cherry on top. What a trasy and disrespectful animal house. I was sooo happy to leave because the street is more peaceful and relaxing than this awful tourist trap. What a nightmare. I hated it like poison. Caveat emptor.

Pros:

Hotel antico, ottimamente ristrutturato. Stanza ampia e pulita, con soffitti molto alti.

Cons:

L’hotel è al primo piano, ma essendo antico non è dotato di ascensore. Non serve la colazione prima delle 8:00, ma è tipico di ogni hotel georgiano.
Non centralissimo, ma di fronte ad un buon ristorante chiamato “Story”.

Juwel am Rande der Altstadt
Pros:

Perfekt, am Rande der Altstadt, diese ist in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig super zu erreichen. Vom ersten Eindruck der Eingangstür nicht täuschen lassen, die Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Juwel. Wunderschöne Zimmer, super leckeres Frühstück, wunderschöne Terrasse unter Weinreben zum relaxen.

Cons:

Alles perfekt .Gibt nix zu bemängeln. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

The room is huge and the bathroom is new and spotless. Excellent breakfast. The dining room is nicely decorated.

Cons:

There is a lot of space in the room so it would be great to have a proper desk and chair and sofa. The coffee table in the room is small and not very functional.

Готель неймовірний! Будете в Кутаїсі - щиро рекомендую
Pros:

Красивий інтерʼєр, номери з душею. Дуже чисто, неймовірно клієнтоорієнтований персонал, смачний сніданок (щоправда, без вибору: щодня однаковий, яйця, грузинський сир, млинці, смачне варення і запашна кава). У нас була проблема - підвів трансфер, який замовляли завчасно, готельний менеджер дуже швидко допоміг знайти іншу машину і водія, який був з нами протягом всього перебування в Грузії).

Cons:

Були невеличкі дрібні моменти, які на мої враження не повпливали. У одних дівчат випала ручка в санвузлі, і довелось нагадувати, щоб її полагодили, і одна дівчинка не їла яєць, то перший день заміну на сніданок дали, на другий день забули про це (але потім виправились).

Для мене це дрібниці.
