Pros:

La llave de la habitación no cerraba y se quedaba abierta , se podía abrir desde fuera. Luego la subsanaron pero se quedó abierta dos noches

Cons:

El trato personal de una empleada recepción. Dándome voces y Justificando que se quedó abierta la puerta de la habitación y eso no importaba, hasta que tuve que insistir para que subastarán la situación. Fue muy incómodo y violento.

Beautiful Classic Hotel with Fantastic Staff

This is a beautiful old hotel. Very classic. It sits on a hill overlooking Langreo.

Every employee was warm and welcoming. We felt that we were in good hands.

Cons:

As an older hotel, our room was small, yet comfortable. We were there during a heat wave and had to run the A/C constantly. The thermostat was limited and so the room was never quite cool enough.

El personal es superamable y la cama era muy cómoda. Además el precio de las consumiciones en terraza muy razonable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones requieren de una importante actualización y una mejora en el mantenimiento. La mampara de la bañera era extremadamente pequeña y el AA muy ruidoso

Hotel muy bonito y atención excelente
Pros:

El desayuno un poco escaso pero la atención muy buena,la decoración acogedora y en general bastante bien.La ubicación del hotel muy bonita

Cons:

El acceso a pie desde el hotel a la ciudad , tienes que coger coche , y estaba en obras cuando estuvimos, un poco caótica la entrada y la ciudad no tiene mucho que ver.

Last night on motorcycle tour. Comfortable stay, great evening meal, attentive staff.
Pros:

Hotel is a stunning old building in a good location.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bar prices are very reasonable and evening meal was excellent.
Along with the couple we travelled with it appeared there was only one other person staying so very quiet.
Evening meal was cooked fresh for just me and my partner . 3 courses with bottle of wine for 60 Euros
Air con adequate assisted by a ceiling fan. Didn't use spa so can't comment.

Cons:

Hotel has probably seen better days which is a shame as its a beautiful grand building.

Me gustó la apariencia externa y de las zonas comunes así como la amabilidad del personal y el trato

Cons:

Calidad precio está, para mi modo de ver, desproporcionado. Pagamos 130€ por una habitación cuyo armario apenas se podía abrir de manera normal. El lavabo estaba astillado y perdía agua. La ducha estaba llena de restos de cal o limpiador. Había manchas en toda la moqueta y una tela de araña de días detrás de la puerta del baño, la repisa donde estaban las toallas y el secador llena de oxido. El mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia para el precio que cobran por noche.
