Struttura ottima
Pros:

Alloggio bellissimo, sembra di entrare in una struttura di altri tempi. Letto comodo e stanza molto carina. Mark, il gestore, è stato gentilissimo con noi, ci dato varie informazioni su ristoranti nei pressi, ha preparato la colazione al sacco, essendo che partivamo presto.
Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione comoda

Prima verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Locatie was goed en centraal. Vanuit het hotel was je in een paar minuten bii een metrostation, vlakbij supermarkt en lokale eetgelegenheden.

Hotel had een westers ontbijt! Leuk ingerichte hal/ eetzaal. Erg sfeervol. Kamer was best ruim en het bed lag erg lekker.

Marc wil graag helpen, ook met het boeken van trips. Zo heeft hij voor ons de chinese muur, verboden stad, tianmen sqaure en een aantal taxi's geboekt en daarbij advies gegeven.

Cons:

Badkamer douche en wc flink verouderd. Wc verstopte steeds+ in douche lagen losse tegels en die waren scherp. Badslippers waren nodig!

Posticino carino, staff molto cordiale e carino.
Prezzo fatto bene.

Cons:

Non comprendo le tante recensioni troppo entusiaste.
Purtroppo la struttura ha troppi nei che non mi hanno fatto impazzire.
Innanzitutto il puzzo di umidità/muffa che era un po' ovunque dagli spazi comuni, alla stanza, al bagno.
Stanza davvero minuscola e senza praticamente punti di appoggio.
Bagno scomodo.
Posizione per carità carina e tradizionale ma scomoda sotto molti punti di vista
Orari colazione scomodi per chi deve scendere presto per visitare le cose di prima mattina.
Insomma se dovete fare più di 1/2 notti può diventare frustrante alloggiare qui.

Kelly's Courtyard is a magically beautiful, comfortable place to stay in the center of Beijing!
Pros:

Kelly's Courtyard Hotel is a wonderful, safe, exquisitely located, and quirky place to stay in that it is an old, beautiful home in an historic hutong. Returning to this place in the evening was like stepping back into a comfortable, beautiful oasis. The staff was kind and welcoming, and had fantastic local suggestions for restaurants. They even helped us procure tickets. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again... wonderful choice!

Cons:

Basically, everything was fine, even the somewhat small shower. Finding the place is a bit tricky the first time, but the hotel did indeed share detailed and helpful directions. I have no complaints.

Mark a été adorable et disponible, et ses recommendations étaient excellentes.
La localisation de l’hôtel permet un vrai dépaysement, car on est tout prêt des lieux à visiter, mais dans un quartier avec presque exclusivement des locaux.
La chambre était tout à fait correcte pour 3 nuits.

Perfect hotel om je reis mee te beginnen als je china wilt ervaren
Pros:

Het is geen luxe hotel maar een romantisch simpel verblijf tussen de locale bewoners waarbij het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam is.De locatie is geweldig. Dicht bij metro en bus halte die je overal heen brengt naar de diverse bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt is simpel maar helemaal prima. Goede communicatie met Mark en is zeer behulpzaam . Ook met toegang tot bezienswaardigheden helpt hij je.

Casa tradizionale ristrutturata in una bella zona di Pechino (Xicheng).
D'estate le stanze si mantengono fresche (non abbiamo dovuto accendere aria condizionata in camera)
Mark parla inglese ed è molto disponibile: potere organizzare tramite lui anche tutte le escursioni
Rifatto la stanza tutti i giorni
Noi siamo stati qui 6 notti e poi siamo tornati anche per l'ultima notte prima di ripartire

Cons:

Come in tutte le case tradizionali, il bagno è ricavato nella stanza e quindi è molto piccolo e quando si fa la doccia si allaga.
Tuttavia, questa situazione è molto comune a tutte le strutture di questo tipo
