Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption!

Cons:

Das sogenannte „Green Concept“ (Nachhaltigkeitsprinzip) bringt lediglich der Hotelkette durch div. Kosteneinsparungen finanzielle Vorteile (!), wie etwa beim Personal (unsere 5 Zimmer wurden trotz eines Aufenthalts von 4 Nächtigungen NIE gereinigt ), oder infolge reduzierten Materialaufwands (Kleiderschränke waren keine vorhanden). Die Gäste bleiben bei diesem Konzept leider auf der Strecke!

Unfaire Preisdifferenzen: Frühbucher bezahlen für ihren Hotelaufenthalt um ein Vielfaches mehr als Spätentschlossene! Trotz jahrelanger „Booking.com-Treue“ gab es diesbezüglich für uns weder seitens der Hotelleitung, noch via Booking.com ein faires Entgegenkommen (Preisnachlass).

Un avventura
Pros:

La colazione, in particolare se gestita dal staf femminile, che lo curava maghiormente.

Cons:

Allora, è comprensibile voler al giorno d'oggi aver un occhio al ecologia tuttavia: non era stato detto in anticipo che si opta per la pulizia ogni 3 giorni (incluso fare il letto). E stato offerto la possibilita di prenotare pulizie extra tranite telefono aspetto che non ha funzionato, quando si ha avvisato il personale serale tale comunicazione e richiesta di effettuare la pulizia NON e giunta al personale del mattino. È stato necessario rincorrere il personale.

Inoltre per pulizia sarebbe inteso anche passare un aspirapolvere, visto la moquete, tuttavia cio non e stato fatto e anche in bagno dopo le pulizie vi erano ancora molteplici capelli. Le pulizie durante il soggiorno appaiono funque superficiali e consistere principalente nel cambio asciugamani e rifare il letto.
Al termine del soggiorno si nota un assenza di aspirapolvere nella dotazione del personele addetto.

Gli spazzi risultano insufficienti per depositare in modo comodo bagagli di due persone per 5 giorni.

Le stanze anche se apparentemente ben isolate risultano poco isolati per i suoni del corridoio.

L'utilizzo di codice per l'ingresso tardivo alla porta principale risulta, di per se una buona idea, tuttavia risulta lo stesso della stanza e facilmente spiabile, dunque poco sicuro.

Sauberes Ambiente, moderne Einrichtung, vernünftiges Frühstück

Wenn man den Tag im Zentrum verbringen will, ist die Lage im Gewerbegebiet für Öffis-Nutzer etwas ab vom Schuss. Aber das haben wir ja vorher gewusst und bewusst und Kauf genommen.

Für 1-2 Nächte ist es ok.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Es wurde auch entsprechend nachgelegt.

Cons:

Die Lage ist schon ziemlich weit ab von den Öffis. 1 km bis zur nächsten S-Bahn.
Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber sehr klein.

Pros:

Lage war gut schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn.
Trotz nähe zur Autobahn war es ruhig.
Zimmer neu und Modern top.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bisher das kleinste was ich jemals hatte, kaum Platz für die Taschen.
Der Frühstücks Raum war auch sehr klein gleich mit der Ansage vom Empfang es ist sehr voll Früh wir sollten schauen ob wir überhaupt ein Platz finden. Na toll dachten wir.

Aufenthalt war zweckmäßig
Pros:

Unterkunft war zweckmäßig für ein Messebesuch.

Cons:

Reception war unkoordiniert, hatten erst falsches Zimmer und auch falsche Rechnung, das wurde dann auch noch als Fehler unsererseits behauptet. Sehr chaotisches System.
