Отель замечательный, нам очень понравилось. Номер бы чистым и ухоженным, женщина Анна была настолько вежливой отзывчивой и милой, мы очень благодарны! Спасибо, я думаю это лучшее место в Боржоми для отдыха.

The hotel is wonderful, we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and well-maintained. Anna was so polite, helpful, and sweet—we are very grateful! Thank you, I think this is the best place in Borjomi for a tourist holiday.

We stayed for one night in this cozy, pretty hotel in Borjomi. By the river, not far from Borjomi Central Park, it is very convenient. Our rooms were overlooking the river. Anna greeted us very cordially, showed us everything, told us everything we needed in detail, and a varied breakfast was prepared for us in the morning. We were very comfortable and pleased. Люди, работающие в отеле - просто золото. Спасибо вам за заботу, улыбки и добрые слова. Я будто бы побывал в гостях у родственников. Нам с женой было очень уютно и хорошо у вас!

Считаю, что номер нуждается в глубокой очистке труднодоступных мест. Поверхности чистые, но есть нюансы в мелочах. В целом - не критично. Все компенсируется тепловым приемом прекрасных людей!

Проживание в отеле оставило приятные впечатления ,почувствовалось теплое отношение и гостеприимство к гостям.

Понравилось месторасположение,вид прямо на реку Кура,горы,отель расположен прямо на набережной и хорошо слышен звук течения этой бурной реки.Служащая этого отеля Анна встретила нас очень приветливо,лично помогла с обменом валюты и показала место парковочное место.В номерах очень чисто .Утром подается в красивом холле очень вкусный,с любовью приготовленный завтрак.
