Newly renovated, large size rooms. The fridge adds a nice touch. Best location and great value for money. Nazim is an awesome guy and he’s full of recommendations on where to eat proper local food.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

The location was excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the old city and the major attractions of Bukhara. We really appreciated being able to walk around and return to the hotel easily.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was decent with enough options to start the day.

What really made the stay special, though, was the staff and their hospitality. Everyone was consistently warm, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. They were also genuinely helpful rather than simply doing what was expected of them. On one occasion, we needed some hot water and the kettles weren’t available, but the staff went out of their way to arrange hot water for us. It was a small gesture, but it showed how willing they were to help.

We also really appreciated the water filter in the common area, which was extremely convenient for refilling our bottles. It’s a simple facility, but particularly useful for travellers.

The staff were also very proactive with recommendations. They asked us about our plans, suggested places to visit, advised us on when we should leave for the railway station, and generally seemed interested in making sure we had a good experience in Bukhara.

It was this combination of great location, cleanliness, comfort, and especially the warmth of the staff that made this stay one of the happiest experiences of our Uzbekistan trip.

Ottima sistemazione nel cuore di Bukhara! Posizione strategica e sicura per muoversi a piedi, camera moderna, spaziosa e pulitissima, con letto comodo e un bellissimo bagno in maiolica. Staff meraviglioso, super premuroso e gentile. Buona la colazione (dolce e salata) servita in una sala molto piacevole.
Note minori: la camera era un po' calda per l'esposizione e il condizionatore sparava dritto sul letto (senza alette regolabili), quindi dovevamo rinfrescare la stanza e poi spegnerlo per la notte. La vista sul retro non era un granché, ma il soggiorno è stato fantastico!

The staff speaks English well. It's steps away from the old town area, but can still get a taxi drop/pick up right at the door.

It was a very large bed and a beautiful bathroom. Very modern and upscale bathroom with great water pressure. The toiletries provided upscale shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels too. A great fridge that worked and seemed upscale to me. Again - plenty of (free) water supplied.

Wifi was pretty good.

Breakfast was good and easy times to work with before tours too.

スタッフ全員が英語を話すことができ、親切にいろいろな質問や依頼に対応してもらえた。海外ではなかなか氷のリクエストに対応してもらえないが、このホテルではもらうことができた。ホテルの立地が良く、ブハラ旧市街のどこへでも徒歩で行ける。ホテルの外観はあまり良くないが、中は綺麗で清潔に整えられている。朝食はハム、チーズ等の冷菜のほか暖かいマンティとかもあり、おいしくいただいた。

Perfekte Lage – alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein gutes Frühstück.

Buhara’nın Old Town bölgesinde yer alan, harika bir konumu olan, tertemiz ve çok güzel bir otel.
Burası ile ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek şey başka otel aramanıza gerek yok, gönlünüz rahat bir şekilde burayı tercih edebilirsiniz, mutsuz ayrılmazsınız. Odaya girdiğimizde mis gibi kokuyordu, baya temizdi ve şansımıza odamız upgrade edilmiş, verdikleri oda ise kocamandı. Yani Buhara sürprizlerle dolu. :) kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi, yiyebileceğiniz bir sürü şey vardı.
Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara, özellikle Nazım Bey’e teşekkürlerimizi iletmek isteriz. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Yemek yiyebileceğimiz bir restoran önermelerini istedik ve önerdikleri yer gerçekten harikaydı, giderseniz mutlaka sorun. Ayrıca tren saatimize kadar bavullarımızı otelde tutmamıza izin verdiler, tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

A nice hotel. Friendly, knowledgeble, good hearted and helpful staff. Perfect hygene and excellent location. Good breakfast. Close to almost all famous places. Highly reccomend! Thank you guys, for helping me and my wife to have a perfect nice time and memories!

Perfect location right in the heart of the city, places to see are within walking distance. Very clean, fantastic service and great value for money. Strongly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation with an even better host. The quality of this place is way better than the price would suggest.

The location, the room is small but comfortable enough

Location and location again. It is a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of all main attractions of Bukhara in walking distance. The staff is super friendly always willing to help you. Breakfast was good and delicious especially crepes and local seasonal fruits. I also liked my bathroom decorated with blue tiles with traditional uzbek ornaments.
