Pros:

Fantastisk service minded personale, altid hjælpsom og positiv. Stille område og dejlige små værelser med det hele. Anbefales og det bliver valgt hvis vi kommer til byen igen.

Comfortable stay in central Lübeck
Pros:

A nice well-run hotel in central Lübeck. Comfortable beds in a decently sized room separated in two, for four persons. Good breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The parking is not directly at the hotel, however in a block close by so we did not find this to be a major issue.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt im Zentrum, praktische Garage und sehr freundlicher Service. Die Garage ist natürlich ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Hotel in guter Lage, aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage war zentral in der Altstadt, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Lediglich die Kaffeetassen und das Angebot an frischem Obst hätten größer sein können.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war sehr einfach. Der Teppichboden war stark verschmutzt und auch die Bettumrandung wies unappetitliche Flecken auf. Ab 5.30 Uhr bekannen im Frückstücksraum die Vorbereitungen, was leider in den darüberliegenden deutlich zu hören war. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind durch den Strassenverkehr sehr laut und nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Moin die Lage war sehr schön.
Ich empfehle das Shanghai Restaurant. Gr schönes Familienzimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof ,schön ruhig ,wen die Nachbarn nicht mit der Tür knallen hihi.
Man ist mitten drin und in jeder Richtung, kommt man schnell zum Wasser, Auszeit vom Trubel. Wir kommen gerne wieder ,ich empfehle noch Sonntags durch die Stadt zu laufen, abends ruhig und magisch .Der Sommergarten war sehr schön gegenüber.

Cons:

Leider sind die Madratzen zu weich gewesen.
Die sollten überall im Familienzimmer ersetzt werden. Nr 22
