Cons:

Une escroquerie !!!!! 1/ La chambre reservee a ete allouee a d'autres clients et nous nous sommes retrouves dans un autre lieu a 10 mins de voiture dans une villa avec sa cave amenagee pour la nuit. Autant dire qu'avec un enfant en bas age, nous etions furieux. 2/ Le gestionnaire de l'etablissement s'est excuse et a dit nous rembourser la moitie du paiement realise en compensation. J'attends toujours le virement...

Ruhiges Hotel am Rand von Lübeck
Pros:

Ruhige Lage am Rand von Lübeck, auf der Route des Grünen Bandes. Zimmer groß mit Terrasse, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Abwicklung sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht enthalten. Daher war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nur mittelmäßig. Ein vergessener Radreiseführer sollte nachgeschickt werden, ist aber nicht erfolgt.

Pros:

Viste le limitazioni per l"orario del check-in ci hanno cambiato l'alloggio e dato un appartamento favoloso.

Cons:

Migliorerei la comunicazione poiché nessuno parla inglese e quindo ci hanno scritto una breve email per dirci del cambio senza ulteriori informazioni.
