Somos una pareja de Barcelona que vinimos de vacaciones a cozumel, el alojamiento supero nuestras expectativas, la habitacion super bonita, todo super limpio y despues de la limpieza diaria que ofrece el alojamiento la habitacion olia muy bien, la piscina es pequeñita pero mas que suficiente es un lugar tranquilo no tienen muchos huespedes. los chicos de la recepcion fueron muy simpaticos y antentos. lo recomendariamos y volveriamos sin dudarlo

Me encantó la ubicación (7 min caminando al ferry) y que la imágenes son iguales al alojamiento en la realidad. Además el personal del hotel fue muy amable

Cons:

Solo que un día de madrugada llegaron unos huéspedes que no lograron entrar con la clave e hicieron muchísimo ruido tipo 2 am

Pros:

L'hôtel super joli à quelques pas du centre de Cozumel. Cependant il faut louer une voiture ou prendre un taxi pour faire le tour de l'île car tout est loin.
L'hébergement est très grand !
Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Il doit y avoir une boîte de nuit ou un bar très animé à quelques rues, car nous avons entendu la musique jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit (2 ou 3h du matin). C'était insupportable.
La piscine est vraiment très petite.

Pros:

Nice hotel close to the port. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and main plaza. We had a great experience, bed was comfortable and room is nicely decorated. Staff is amazing.

emplacement central, chambre confortable, personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuné simple sur place.

Cons:

Le bar voisin qui fait du bruit jusqu'à 4h du matin le vendredi et samedi. Pas de ventilateur, juste une clim.

Het is lekker centraal gelegen, prachtig aangelegde binnentuin en dichtbij de ferry. Het is ook redelijk rustig

Cons:

Schoonmaak kon echt stukken beter. We zijn hier al twee keer eerder geweest en toen was alles redelijk goed schoon. Nu kwamen wij aan met al een vieze vloer binnen en die is in de dagen dat wij er waren (6 nachten) niet schoongemaakt. Verder zie je dat er dingen vervangen moeten worden, tegels voor de kamers afgebroken, kapot bedje bij het zwembad. Jammer want het is echt een leuk plekje met veel potentie

Pros:

Bastante amplia la habitación, la ubicación es perfecta.
Los panes y jugos que dan por la mañana estan super bien.
Hay café casi todo el día.
El personal que nos atendió por la noche fue muy amable.

Cons:

El wifi a veces es demasiado lento.
Fue íncomodo que el personal de la mañana nos fuera a tocar a la puerta 20min antes de nuestra salida para recordarnos que a las 12pm ya teníamos que irnos.
Pareciera que les urge que te vayas, lo hubiera entendido si ya eran más de las 12pm y no hubiera salido.
Este detalle me haría dudar el hospedarme nuevamente aquí.
