Price and location are great but we paid not in cash (lost sleep) in the process
Pros:

Location of hotel is excellent. Staff was friendly though they should NEVER have put us or any guest for that matter into the room which directly faces the road. The traffic noise was 24/7 and we could not sleep the WHOLE night. That effectively spoiled or stay although they did change rooms the next day.

Cons:

As above - main road traffic noise. The 2nd room was inner and did not have much traffic’s noise BUT 1. there was construction next door which WENT INTO THE WHOLE OF FRIDAY NIGHT 2. toilet had no hot water to shower. The killer were really traffic noise (room 1) and construction noise (room 2) ALL NIGHT LONG.

Phòng rộng, gần biển. Thoáng.

Cons:

Vệ sinh chưa được. Tủ lạnh, ấm siêu tốc đều dơ không sử dụng được. Vỏ gối, drap giường của khách trước ở vẫn để nguyên cho khách sau vô. Dọn phòng nhưng không bỏ rác. Phòng đẹp, gần biển nên nếu khách sạn đầu tư vô xíu thì khách sẽ đông hơn.

A delightful place – a very old hotel surrounded by new buildings. It still has the spirit of old Da Nang. Green, well-kept grounds and very old houses, which the owners try to maintain as best they can. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, and a path leads to it. The room was simply huge for the price! Overall, a very historic place, although certainly a bit dated. For this price, and being right next to the sea, it's a real find! Also, the hosts gave a very warm welcome! The staff was very helpful.

Sehr schöne Lage
Pros:

Sehr großer Raum mit Balkon. Betten sind sehr gemütlich.
Lage perfekt. 20 Meter zum Strand

Cons:

Alles war bisschen Schmandig. Als Pingel sollte man da nicht hin. Ich fand es trotzdem gut

Location to the beach promenade

Cons:

The outside of the building looks like crack den. Rundown and covered in graffiti and garbage.
The room was dirty.. filthy. Sticky, grimey, mold everywhere. Fridge did not work. Fittings are all old and broken. Pillows are like planks of wood. One bright fluorescent light that causes headaches and no other lighting.
Backpacker quality at a hotel price.

너무 좋은 시간 보냈습니다
Pros:

문열면 바다가 보이는 전망, 해변까지 20초 동선의 중앙에 위치한 숙소가 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 수영장은 최고 수준 입니다.

Cons:

침대가 쿠션감이 적어서 이불을 하나 더 깔고 잤습니다. 그부분만 조금 아쉽네요
