Un paradiso peccato per la gestione

Posizione ottima e un paradiso a Maratea

Cons:

Struttura molto bella, ma esperienza rovinata dalla gestione. Su Booking non avevo notato che il pagamento fosse previsto in struttura e, non essendomi stato chiesto nulla al check-in, ero convinta che fosse già tutto saldato. Al check-out il proprietario mi ha rincorsa con un atteggiamento molto arrogante, quasi come se volessi andarmene senza pagare, chiedendomi anche la tassa di soggiorno esclusivamente in contanti. Anche il personale, da ciò che ho visto e sentito, sembra lavorare in un clima estremamente rigido e poco sereno. Peccato, perché la struttura meriterebbe una gestione decisamente più accogliente.

bello e nascosto in un bosco
Pros:

la posizione è stupenda.
Noi siamo andati in settembre ed eravamo i soli nell a spiaggia più piccola a sud.
Staff gentilissimo e attento.
Vacanza da ripetere e da consigliare.

Cons:

il ristorante, aperto solo a mezogiorno, non ha preparazioni all'altezza della struttura.

Not one thing!

Cons:

Staff were extremely rude with the exception of Carmine (the lifeguard) Owners were condescending. Staff made rude comments in italian about us being " those Americani" after trying to ask for a lawn chair....we are Canadian - not American (not that that matters, they shouldn't be making rude comments about anyone's background.
Not allowed to sit around the pool!! Had to sit on the dirt behind ropes! Cannot go in the pool without wearing a hair cap! Had to pay an extra $22 euros to use a chair on their beach!! Power went out at night! Felt like we were in a cult and in a campground. Hated it!

Relax totale
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dal momento dell'arrivo al momento della partenza ho trovato persone sempre disponibili, sorridenti ed educati.... Nulla da dire. Chapou. La struttura è stupenda, immersa nella natura, praticamente sul mare. Consigliatissimo

La posizione è superlativa! La nostra camera era direttamente sul mare, immersa nel verde, essenziale ma spaziosa. Lo staff gentilissimo, la colazione deliziosa
