Pros:

Great location, Dundrum is a lovely town and this is right in the middle. Rooms were very pleasant.

Cons:

No staff around - not a problem as we had everything we need but there isn't a dedicated reception or anything.

Please show more respect for your guests by fixing broken blinds, cleaning windowsills, and not leaving unused matresses

Large clean room, lovely staff, really quiet and peaceful, brilliant location

Cons:

I'm disabled so although the shower was huge, there's no seat in the shower or anywhere to put shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Floor tiles are extremely slippery. A shower curtain to contain the water, a non slip shower mat, a shelf for toiletries, a stool in the shower and one outside to dry off, plus some towel rails and it would be perfect.

Adequate for what we wanted. Not sure if we would stay there again.
Pros:

Good location. Good instructions for access. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Expensive for what we got. Disappointed in the en-suite which was like in a caravan. Also one of the rooms had no hot shower and poor shower flow in both. There was no one on site to ask.
