The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bar fridges could do with an upgrade. They barely closed as the seal was non functioning.
There was a horrible sound coming from outside..sounded mechanical like.... all night long. I booked the room for 2 Adults and 1 child (11) and there was only 1 double bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor as the couch was only tiny. Why would you allocate a room like that to a family of 3?

A fantastic location for a few days to rest and recharge!
Pros:

The meals were hearty and truly delicious! The staff were all excellent and couldn't have treated us any better.

Cons:

The back stair entry platform was a little small but I understand the reason for its size.

I stayed 2 nights and had no hot water to have a shower had to use the kettle to boil water and use sink to wash myself this is not right and I'm seeking some sort of compensation
