Pros:

Location right on the beach

Cons:

I stayed 2 nights and had no hot water to have a shower had to use the kettle to boil water and use sink to wash myself this is not right and I'm seeking some sort of compensation

A great spot to stay with lovely rooms, great value and a fantastic $10 baco nad eggs breakfast.
Pros:

A great room with plenty of space and very comfortable.

Cons:

Getting down to breakfast in the morning with all doors locked.

Pros:

Great location opposite Dromana beach. Nice sized rooms. Bathroom good.

Cons:

Morning edit was a little confusing re key deposits. Sorted in the end though.

Pros:

Lovely restaurant and bar downstairs. Location was easy to find and central. Room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no front entrance/exit, only early hours exit is back of building.

You feel like you've stepped back in time
Pros:

Lovely old pub style accommodation, our bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again

Cons:

The room could do with a deep clean, it was a bit grubby in places.

Very disappointing
Cons:

Room they have showed was different with one double bed and 2 single. Unfortunately when i went there was a only one double bed and bathroom was different. I stayed there only for an hour and decide to leave because there was no enough space to fit in with family.

Shabby chic and old world charm in the heart of the peninsula
Pros:

It's a quirky old-school hotel. The suite was large, warm and comfortable.

Cons:

I don't recommend it for dinner or hanging out (other than breakfast which is great value)- but there are heaps of nice places to eat nearby.
