Pros:

Beautiful location, right at the beach.

Cons:

The first room we stayed in wasn’t properly waterproofed for the rainy season. We were moved to another room, but communication was somewhat challenging as the staff only spoke Spanish, which made the process a bit difficult. On top of that, the shower only had cold water.

Me encanto que estuviera cerca de la playa a unos escasos metros

Cons:

Son bastante descuidados con la limpieza del cuarto, ademas de que a las 9 de la noche ya no habia nadie en recepción y apagaban toda la luz del alojamiento a las 10 de la noche.

Cons:

Se fue la luz durante 8 horas, por lo tanto no tenía aire acondicionado. Sin embargo contaron con generador de energía que sólo permitía tener prendida la luz.
Las toma de corriente no servían a pesar de venderse como habitación suite
Exceso de mosquitos, sugerimos avisar a los visitantes que hay moscos o por lo menos que vendan repelente de moscos.

Pros:

La ubicacion, al lado del mar, excelente.

Cons:

Justo me toco un dia de lluvia, y la habitacion tenia dos goteras, aparte de que deberian tener material de limpieza a mano, para poder limpiar, debido a la cercania de la playa, y la arena en cuestion. No encontre en todo el alojamiento, un cesto de residuos grande, en donde dejar la basura.

Buena ubicacion del lugar.
Pros:

La ubicacion del lugar, el area en la playa, el servicio y la actitud de la gente fue lo mejor.

Cons:

A las inatalaciones le hace falta mantenimiento. Tuvimos un detalle con Booking, nosotros rentamos habitaciones con desayuno incluido y en el hotel nos diejron que la reserva no incluia el desayuno, tuvimos que slair y gastar mas.

Pros:

I liked eveything, the location right at the beach with shaded sunbeds available on the property, the super nice architecture which gives the perfect beach vibe. The stuff is super nice, the breakfast and dinner at their own little restaurant are extremely delicious. I was there in the Off Season, so the town was calm and I almost had the beach to myself. I definitively want to come back.

Leuke locatie slecht verblijf

De locatie aan het strand is top

Cons:

Bij aankomst moesten we wachten op een schone kamer. Dat is niet geheel onlogisch. Toen we gingen slapen bleek ons bed echter vol met zand. Kortom de schoonmaakster had het bed gewoon opgemaakt zonder schone lakens te plaatsen. We hebben in de avond toen nog eens moeten wachten op schone lakens voordat we konden gaan slapen. Er was sprake van onderbezetting. Er was in de avond 1 persoon aanwezig die ons bed moest opmaken en ons van drankjes moest voorzien tijdens het wachten. Het eten was ook ondermaats en veel te prijzig vergeleken met andere opties in el Cuyo
Zeer slecht geregeld allemaal en dat is zonde want de locatie is top.
Één verontschuldiging kon er niet eens vanaf en de drankjes die we dronken tijdens het wachten hadden ook wel gratis weg gegeven mogen worden voor het wachten

La ubicación es inmejorable con el frente de playa. El servicio es bueno y el personal amable.

La habitación era considerablemente pequeña y el aire acondicionado se estuvo apagando por problemas con el switch.

Lugar hermoso, atención y limpieza regular
Pros:

La playa, el club de Playa y la decoración

Cons:

Em servicio de limpieza inexistente. El AC no enfriaba casi nada y las instalaciones del baño rotas y viejas. Cuando llegamos limpio y OK pero durante la estancia no nos hicieron la limpieza... la única vez que sucedió fue por que insistimos mucho y solo barrieron y sacaron la basura, noticieros las camas, ni cambiaron las toallas ni limpiaron baño nada de eso. El gerente parecía muy mortificado pero su staff no parecía hacer mucho
