Le personnel très accueillant, bien veillant et discret. Le confort des chambres, la salle de bain est spacieuse, vue sur la mer magnifique.

Room is clean and relaxing. All their staff are warm and even helped us with our room arrangement request. They even have free tuktuk service.
Perfect location and view! Our room was beachfront and directly facing Cadlao Island.
I like everything except the very weak to no internet connection at Room 4, so we had to stay in the dining area till late at night to work. I could easily rate this place 11/10 except for the unreliable Internet. If they can fix this, I can recommend this place to my friends who are in WFH setup. They’re aware about this since it’s a recurring comment in this platform, and I hope they really fix it instead of just apologizing. In this day and age where people travel to relax and work, a reliable internet is nonnegotiable.
The staff, customer service, coffee and breakfast, cleanliness of my room, comfort of my bed, etc. I will definitely be back here when I'm in El Nido!

Internet did not work while I was there, needed to go to a coffee shop to work
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staffs are super accommodating and were available anytime of day even at night, if we have any queries or what. The room is spacious and instagrammable-worthy. 🫣
It also helps a lot that they’ve arranged pick-up and drop-off from the hotel to the town-square (and vice-versa).
They have a lot of options for breakfast—with rice and non-rice. Coffee, tea, or canned fruit juice are also offered for breakfast.
Maybe just improve your WiFi connection because it’s really weak especially when we’re inside our room.

The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing.
The journey to the hotel was really quite scary as it had been pouring with rain all morning and the narrow track over the sand and then along a dirt track was flooded. On arrival we loved what we saw. Unfortunately on our first night (after having dinner in the restaurant) I became extremely ill (bacterial infection) and had to call the doctor out to me. The staff were very kind and helpful during this time, I spent 2 full days in bed. On our last night we went down to the restaurant again (as I couldn’t go on a tricycle due to being unwell) I only had a banana but my husband had a chicken dish. That night he became very unwell and we were flying the next day! When we arrived in Bali he ended up in hospital on an IV with lots of medication to take. It took us both about 2 weeks to recover and really put a dampener on our holiday.
I can’t say for sure that we both became ill from the restaurant but I think the odds are very high.
We regularly travel to Indonesia and are very careful about hygiene and cleaning teeth with bottled water etc.

La habitaciones que son amplias y el desayuno también estaba rico lo peor la hubicacion que dispones de tuk tuk gratuito,pero es una odisea el camino.Eso si si quieres tranquilidad es perfecto el hotel apartado de todo el ambiente del nido.

Las vistas desde el restaurante son una pasada, sobretodo al atardecer y las habitaciones están muy coquetas.

Vistas en primera línea desayunar así da gusto, habitación muy cómoda con una terracita, cama cómoda. El acceso al hotel no es fácil pero con su servicio de tuktuk gratuito a cualquier hora da gusto!! Destinos muy ricos y personal muy amable
