Location. Housekeeping staff were nice, polite and did good work.

Cons:

A/C NOT cold. Front desk and lobby staff not very attentive or welcoming. No telephone in the room so everytime you need something you need to go down the elevator to the front desk and ask in person...at least setup WhatsApp chat for requests.
