El personal fue super amable y atento en todo momento. El hotel está situado en el centro y el restaurante tiene una relación calidad-precio increíble además de unas vistas de ensueño.

Pros:

The friendly and efficient staff, very professional and very attentive. I would stay here again

Just the water in the shower not having hot water control, did not know is that faulty or just hot water is not a thing here

Excellent Service and a Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are amazing, especially the manager, Sir Coy. He is incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always makes guests feel welcome. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the location is perfect—convenient and close to many attractions. The excellent service and relaxing atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

La habitación grande, moderna y muy limpia.
El servicio de recepción muy bueno y atentos. El bufet del desayuno completo y variado además de ser en la terraza con unas vistas espectaculares.
Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volvería.

A Comfortable Stay at Cuna Hotel El Nido
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cuna Hotel El Nido. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after a day of island hopping. It was the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying the atmosphere.

The only downside during our stay was the intermittent Wi-Fi connection, which could be improved for a more seamless guest experience. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay.

Overall, Cuna Hotel El Nido offers good value, a great location, and a relaxing stay. We'd be happy to stay here again on our next visit to El Nido.

Good Value Stay at Cuna Hotel

We stayed at Cuna Hotel El Nido and found it to be good value for money right in El Nido Town. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which was awesome and gave us a great spot to relax. The only downside was the spotty internet connection—it wasn’t reliable and made it a bit frustrating at times.

Great hotel and location, shame about the beds being 2 singles pushed together.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of El Nido, walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Beautiful roof deck with fantastic views and nice infinity pool. Staff were super friendly and the meals at the restaurant were delicious.

Cons:

Double bed was two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. Not ideal for a couple to share. Mattresses moved apart in the night.
