Great location in El Nido and lovely staff. The rooftop area is beautiful and the pool is really nice. Sadly we had horrendous food poisoning during our stay but the hotel staff were really helpful throughout and even brought us Medicine!
The breakfast is very expensive for what you get

I love the location of the place. Very convenient. The staff were especially very helpful and courteous!
I did’t like the fact that there was only one lift so you have to wait for some time. We were only allowed 1 key card to share for the 3 of us which doesn’t help with convenience. Housekeeping keeps forgetting to provide towels after cleaning and the phone in the room was either not working or we just couldn’t figure out how to use.

The staff are very nice and the location is good
The cleanliness of the property. The bathroom is dirty and the towels probably needs replacement as the color is not white anymore. The Php600.00 buffet breakfast is not worth your money. You are probably paying for the view and not the food. You can get far better and fresh food for that amount of money at other restaurants nearby which also has a nice view.

Café da manhã, os funcionários são bem simpáticos.
Minha experiência no hotel foi decepcionante. O quarto não tinha frigobar e não havia um local adequado para pendurar ou secar roupas. O ar-condicionado era antigo e pouco eficiente, tornando o quarto desconfortável. Além disso, o banheiro alagava facilmente após o uso e o quarto estava bastante úmido. Havia também muitos galos por perto que começavam a cantar por volta das 3h30 da manhã, o que dificultava o sono. No geral, a propriedade precisa de melhorias para proporcionar uma estadia mais confortável aos hóspedes.
Location was great and the pool and roof top restaurant were a bonus
The air con was a little noisy- we were not allowed to turn it off in order to keep the room fresh ( was very humid) I imagine it is hard to keep the moisture levels low

El agua caliente tardaba mucho en calentar a veces.
