uitzicht en de rust

geen deftige zetels op de kamer, ontbijt was goed,avondeten weinig, soep drie maal lauw, desert alleen maar gebak meestal. Het is aan te raden om het kindermenu te nemen self service beter. ik zou eens achter een andere schef kok uit zien,van zaal personeel heeft die Nicolas een hoge dunk van zichzelf,als hij kwam vragen om het hoofdmenu te server vroegen we om een vijf min te wachten dit was niet naar zijn zin ,de dag erop habben we 20 min moeten wachten en zelf om vragen om ons hoofgerecht te kunnen krijgen en liep hij met een lang gezicht rond,ik heb 45 jaar een zaak gehad met personeel,bij mij moest hem vertrekken,maar julie doen maar,mijn personeel sprak perfect twee talen,nodig in belgie nederlands en frans,julie personeel geen engels te goei,beter opvoeden of eigen volk aanemen ipv bulgaren of roemenen maar het is julie zaak en julie vroegen om mijn mening mvg

Ein schönes Hotel direkt auf dem Berg gelegen.
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge, wunderschön. Das Abendessen als Menü war hervorragend. Sehr lecker und sehr gute Qualität. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel ist auf einem Berg direkt am Zugang zum Lift gelegen. Im Sommer perfekt zum Wandern und im Winter sehr schön zum Skifahren. Es handelt sich um ein Familien-Erlebnishotel, daher war es etwas trubelig weil sehr viele Hotelgäste da waren. Das Hotel hat auch einen Spa und Poolbereich.
