Breakfast was good
The room was not prepared properly. There were three lamps in the room none of them worked. The tv remote didn't work. The tv had to be turned on manually and only 1 channel was available due to the remote not working. When I told reception they said the hotel was being sold so the owners were not willing to spend any money on it.
Perfect location for my visit to Fareham Live! Staff friendly and efficient, good central yet peaceful location and a good breakfast.

Price was good. The dinner was lovely, and was discounted because we had a theatre ticket.
The hotel was easy to find and a large car park at the back of the hotel. The room was cosy, warm and a lovely shower with hot water. It was an easy walk into the centre of town. Breakfast was excellent - good choice of starters, my cooked breakfast was delicious, earl grey tea and lovely fresh bread for my toast. The staff were very friendly especially at the reception desk when I arrived.
Staff were brilliant especially the young lady at the desk and brilliant staff serving breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic.

The scrambled eggs for breakfast could have been better; too runny for most people. The breakfast was fine otherwise.
Staff were outstanding, easy check in and friendly welcome and even gave me a phone charger to borrow as mine had broken so big thank you!
