Children spashing screaming in the spa. Dinner being forgotten for an hour, bar not providing coke, children playing iPads at 9pm in dining room. Dirty ashtray s everywhere, dirty spa grime around the pool , room had dirty bathroom.

Room with a connecting door - very noisy when there was someone in the adjoining room. The hotel should try to avoid putting people in these rooms if they are not part of the same party.

The welcome at the front desk by Leo was terrible, if not obnoxious. The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable. It was our wedding evening and this was noted in the booking. No mention of it was made upon check in or check out

Bar and Restaurant were poorly staffed. Breakfast seemed poor for the level of the hotel. Serving tea and coffee would make a real difference to the atmosphere.

I was promised a family room after messaging the hotel but when I checked in I was told I was no longer be able to stay in that room. This was disappointing. I also had a very hot room but I understand they this can't be helped. I did have a fan but air con in the rooms would have made my stay a lot more pleasant. I did not sleep well unfortunately because the windows barely open (I understand the reasoning behind this for obvious safety reasons) but it meant there was no air flow.

Our first room didn't have air-con and was hot but staff were brilliant and moved us to another room with air-con. The man at reception couldn't do enough for us.

NO AIRCON! Essential in 35 degrees and did not mention this on web site. We were not able to sleep at all. Also, the windows could no be opened fully either

The Hotel has no air conditioning. That's OK, but it's not then OK to have a single window that only opens by 6cm.

The room was very warm. A fan was provided but still a bit uncomfortable. Although I had booked a twin we were initially given a double and had to ask to change.
The breakfast could be better. A good level of choice but the hot breakfast ingredients were only ok.

The rooms and the hotel were extremely hot no air conditioning!
We had to pay extra to get a ac room which was noisy and cramped the receptionist was pompous and rude

- we came with a child. The aircon did not work and the room reached 38 degrees at night. It wasn’t safe. The staff were uninterested in helping.
- there are no fridges in the rooms. So when we asked if they could kindly store our baby’s milk in the fridge, they just said ‘no’. It’s only when we insisted that they reluctantly agreed.
- the food was diabolical. We ordered a margherita pizza, and it was a cheap- CHEAP, frozen pizza which arrived burnt.
- they leave a room service menu but no way to order. I rang the mainline from my mobile 3 times before someone answered. They said that I get room service id have to leave the room, go to the bar, order the food and be charged £5 for the privilege. When I explained I couldn’t leave the room as my baby is in the room, they came and took my order from my room. Everything felt like such a chore.
- everything is so expensive. We arrived early and were charged £20 for an early check-in. It’s such a tacky thing to do. The breakfast is £15pp and uninspiring.

Will not stay again- or reccomend.

Pillows really uncomfortable.
Stayed 2 nights & room not made up despite putting a “ make up my room sign” on door. No offer to have it done when I returned in the evening.

Major drawback no air con especially for the type of weather we are now experiencing ledcto a very hot, stuffy and sleepless night.
