Access to spa and pool facilities.
The room was so uncomfortably hot and the staff were quite unfriendly - the staff member on reception did not check any details and handed me my room key without saying anything.

Enjoyed the spa facilities a lot. Staff were really helpful; even when i had to book an extra room they were able to provide a solution
Nothing to do with the venue, but the road network around that part of Farnham was really not great!
Easy to get to, good access to our rooms. Clean. Friendly staff.
No fridge, or phone in rooms. Phone would have been handy to contact, our elderly relatives who was in another room.
Just a point, if you are in the shower, the very nice soap and shampoo are at the opposite side of the bath and if you are in the bath, it's awkward to reach the pump of the soap and shampoo.
Our room wasn't cleaned during our two night stay, therefore the tea/coffee wasn't topped up. Our pillows were very thin, we needed to ask for more.
Good location, reasonable price, nice room, with a decent gym
WiFi was a bit patchy. Bar, reception and gym all unstaffed and had to ring a bell for someone to come. It was early event and peak time.

The spa and pool facilities were excellent.The lady on reception was very helpful.Our room was spacious and comfortable .
Finding the hotel was extremely difficult as there was no signage to help .The bedroom was badly designed as there were no drawers for clothes and the room was set up more like an office than a bedroom .We stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned and we had to ask for loo rolls etc. from reception.The restaurant was very badly managed and staff were unhelpful . Breakfast was disappointing compared with other similar hotels .
Comfortable, good facilities in the room and location, breakfast had a good variety.
The pillows, they were quite flat and the pillow protectors were showing signs of needing replacement
