Gostei dos funcionários da recepção. Muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Limpeza geral bem satisfatória.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza que podia ser melhor. Tinha cabelos no resguardo de uma das camas. Foi pedida a troca de cama e foi realmente efetuada a troca. O pequeno almoço nao agradou mesmo. Pão, croissant, manteiga queijo e fiambre, café e leite. Tinha também sumo de fruta (laranja?). Mas instantâneo, talvez tang. Tudo isso não merece os 7 euros por pessoa..
Acesso a caseira de rodas muito má. Rampa pequena e numa das entradas nem rampa tem. A minha mãe foi de cadeira de rodas e não foi muito fácil entrar e sair do hotel.

A localzação onde estava bem proxima a igreja, o hotel é bem conservado, os funcionarios eram bem simpaticos, ha lojas proximo ao hotel onde é possivel fazer compras de lembranças

Cons:

O Elevador fazia uns barrulhos estranhos onde meu filho por vezes se assustou, o banheiro tinha uma tampa do ralo solta, o estacionamento é publico entao precisa aguardar cerca de 30 min para conseguir uma vaga, pois a rua é estreita e nao ha possibilidades de estacionar.

Although room was advertised as a triple - it was very small and facility a bit outdated, but room was clean and functional. In terms of value for the money, it was to the point; Its close proximity to the Fatima Shrine and the bus station was a big plus. In addition, Zinhna (Zinda ??) at the front desk was very nice, pleasant and helpful due to the fact that she was able to communicate in French. The facility has both a store and a restaurant on site. Fatima is a beautiful and serene town - Will definitely go back!
