Pros:

Really nice place, villa style... We stayed in room with balcony. Nice outside pool and even nicer inside pool, jacuzzi - we were all alone in there, haha... Really friendly staff, a keeper !

Cons:

Parking bit problematic, but we found it always 10min away - public. I think its 10€ per day if you take it from the owner. No AC in the room! But it has fan and it was enough for us (September).

Cour intérieure arborée. Ies 2 piscines. Le personnel extrêmement sympathique. La propreté.

Gerne wieder - in einem anderen Bett.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage zum wohlfühlen. Schöner Indoorpool, auch der Außenpool reicht für Erfrischung und ein paar Bahnen. Nette Atmosphäre beim Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Info: Tiefgarage 10€/Tag. Eidechsen auf den Terrassen, betteln gerne beim Frühstück ;-)

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer (alter Teil, ohne Balkon) war das Bett extrem unbequem, auch die Aufbettung hat nicht wirklich was gebracht. 2 Erwachsene in diesem Bett müssen mit Verspannungen rechnen, da es zu klein ist.

Un cadre de verdure dans une ville, surprenant et très agréable. Un petit déjeuner très bon agréable à prendre surprenant la terrasse. Piscine intérieure et extérieure, jacuzzi. Chambres spacieuses et personnel très agréable

Un oasis tropical de paz
Pros:

Un oasis de paz en mitad de grandes hoteles. Este alojamiento es más pintoresco y familiar. Muy acogedor.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña, en la que hacía calor, y no tenía ninguna vista.
La piscina era pequeña y sombría.

La opción perfecta para alojarte en Funchal
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de tiendas, playa, restaurantes…. De todo.

Cons:

La ventilación de la habitación. Había algo de humedad y no teníamos corriente.

Cons:

Experiência muito dececionante. Após utilizarmos a piscina interior e o jacuzzi, várias peças de roupa ficaram manchadas e descoloradas, aparentemente devido às condições da água. Apesar de termos comunicado o problema de imediato, recebemos informações contraditórias sobre os níveis de pH e nenhuma solução concreta.

No check-out, foi-nos pedido que deixássemos as roupas para análise e possível compensação, mas o hotel nunca nos contactou. Quando tomámos a iniciativa de ligar dias depois, informaram-nos que nem sequer tinham efetuado a lavagem ou análise prometida.

Além do prejuízo causado, a falta de profissionalismo, acompanhamento e transparência na gestão da reclamação foi inaceitável. Não recomendo.

Pros:

Obsługa bardzo miła, lokalizacja w samym centrum, spacerem do centrum pół godziny i przede wszystkim piękny ogród, który urzekł mnie przy wyborze. Śniadania w pięknej scenerii.

Cons:

Jedna rzecz tylko nam się nie podobała, niestety w pokoju był zapach takiego starego domu, co nie było komfortowe.
