Lage, Essen und Frühstück , netter Außenpool, aber vor allem der nahe wunderschöne See mit schöner Badestelle, traumhafte Aussicht und Umgebung

Der Naturpool mit der neuen Wellnessanlage, der neue Restauranttrakt (in dem hatten wir unseren Stammtisch) und die netten jungen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen

Cons:

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bäder mit Dusche ältlich, aber sauber.
Auch die Flure und Ausstattung im Haupthaus waren etwas ältlich und kurortartig

Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Das Essen war super! Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war Recht altbacken und dunkel. Morgens sehr laut, weil die Mülltonnen unter dem Fenster abgestellt waren.
Das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen und ist bestimmt nicht behindertengerecht.
Die Matratzen sind super hart. Wer es mag!

Die Lage ist wundervoll mit direktem Blick auf die Berge! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war groß und überall gab es liebevolle Details. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll.

Cons:

Einen festen Platz beim Frühstück zu haben, kann Vor- und Nachteile haben. Wenn aber schon alle Tische am Fenster frei sind und wir trotzdem nicht dort sitzen dürfen, ist das schade. Außerdem wurde unsere Bitte, ein anderes Kopfkissen zu bekommen, nicht bearbeitet, sodass wir am Abend immer noch ein flaches Kissen hatten und an der Rezeption nicht mehr Bescheid geben konnten, da sie nicht mehr besetzt war.

Il posto è favoloso, a 15 minuti di auto dal Castello di Neuschwanstein e vicino a un lago molto pittoresco. Anche il paese di Fussen è stato piacevole da visitare.
L'hotel è molto curato in ogni particolare, la cucina varia e saporita e le camere molto confortevoli e pulite. Abbiamo passato anche un pomeriggio nella piscina coperta e ci siamo divertite molto

Cons:

Ho trovato il personale del posto poco accogliente, ai limiti della freddezza. Ho avuto un problema in camera al mio arrivo la prima sera e, essendo la reception chiusa, ho chiamato il numero di emergenza indicato in camera ma nessuno ha risposto.
Tutta la segnaletica dell'hotel è in tedesco, per cui ho avuto qualche difficoltà ad orientarmi
