Good overall
Pros:

The staff were outstanding, attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The double bed had a topper mattress on top and was uncomfortable.

Peaceful Location
Pros:

Very comfortable and cosy hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. Perfect base for exploring the Erris peninsula. Generously sized rooms with very comfortable beds.

Lovely room, friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great. Very watery coffee which had to be sent back. The bacon was covered in white exudate which looked very unappealing.

A great stay
Pros:

A big room, well decorated and with a very comfy bed. There's a lovely bar in the hotel, and a decent breakfast where you pick the continental breakfast bits yourself and then order off a small menu for your hot breakfast.

Cons:

No safe in the room (like most Ireland hotels!)

Lovely place and very friendly.
Pros:

Excellent location on the Wild Atlantic Way, in an area of great beauty, excellent for walks and wonderful beaches. A good location from which to explore the cultural and historic towns of North Mayo. As well as the friendly bar in the hotel there are traditional Irish bars nearby. The whole area is a hidden gem of authentic Irish life.

Affordable luxury with a warm Irish welcome.
Pros:

A gem of a hotel to discover in a remote corner of the West!
Felt very luxurious, met very friendly and attentive staff, despite being there the busiest week of the year (during August Festival). We will be back.
