Great location for beach walks beds very comfortable and clean

Scrambled eggs breakfast very salty soda breakfast was rock hard couldn't eat it

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area with great staff.
Pros:

We received a great welcome when we arrived from Caroline. The room was lovely...comfortable bed and the en suite shower was great (loads of hot water). Being able to park outside the hotel was an added bonus. The surrounding area is beautiful and is a great area for walking. The nearby beach is also beautiful.
The breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We ate in the bar area in the evening and we were looked after each time by Mary who gave us a great welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. All the other staff were lovely too. The food in the evening was well cooked and presented and was great value. We also had the afternoon tea which we would thoroughly recommend. Make sure you give yourself plenty time to get through it all.
This hotel is a great base for exploring all the wonderful parts of North Mayo. We will definitely come back here.

The perfect place fore a getaway
Pros:

We lived everything about the property, we brought out 2 little dogs and the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating, everyone that worked there were so lovely and helpful especially the woman that worked in the bar, the location is so peaceful and beautiful

Schönes Landhotel am nordwestlichen Ende Irlands
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles funktionierte tadellos. Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft und insgesamt fehlte es auch hier an Nichts. Ein großer Pluspunkt so weit draußen ist ein eigener Pub/Restaurant. Das Essen war nicht nur sehr lecker, es waren auch die größten Portionen während unserer Reise. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind rund um das Hotel auf dem eigenen Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Ein Frühstücksbuffet ohne Brot? Nein, man muss es extra am Tisch bestellen. Das ist umständlich und dauert teils recht lange und man kann nicht schon einmal mit dem Frühstück beginnen, während man auf die warmen Speisen wartet, denn die Butter fehlt auch am Buffet. Alles andere, Marmelade, Nutella usw. ist dann wieder am Buffet vorhanden. Nicht wirklich unsere bevorzugter Ablauf beim Frühstück, wenn Selbiges mit Warten beginnt. Zusätzlich fehlt der geschulte Blick ob etwas nachzulegen/aufzufüllen sei und so muss man schon einmal des Öfteren nachfragen und etwas nachhelfen.

Lovely spacious hotel, bedroom was comfortable and as everywhere very clean.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
