Very good
Everything was up to standard
Excellent location very near the railway station with very easy access to Glasgow Central.
The breakfast room was lovely. The location was perfect for our needs.
OMG the rooms are horrible! Mattresses are old and lumpy. Bathrooms are moldy. Curtains falling down, doorknobs broken, outlets don’t work the list is endless. The hotel part has no redeeming features. The staff are wonderful but until the rooms are 100% renovated we will not be returning.
Good value for money and perfect location
There is nothing I didn’t like
I like the environment, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast, I always look forward to it, the food was so good. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything.
The hotel is close to a rail track although the trains moves frequently but it doesn’t run 24/7. Although the sound was not so bad just maybe if there’s a way the hotel can be soundproof. Don’t let this stop you from booking the hotel, trust me the train sounds are not so bad.
Staff was very nice, they were helpful when we had a fussy baby. There was some noise in the corridor but it was ok, the baby slept well and so did we.
The room was very small for our luggage and a baby cot.
Ideally situated for a family party in their function room. Breakfast had a good menu - can recommend the full Scottish breakfast
There was a funny foisty smell in some areas of the hotel - it needed a good airing
