Pros:

Il est effectivement bien placé sur la route entre l’aéroport de Johannesburg et blyde river canyon
Le personnel du restaurant très gentils et la parking sécurisé

Cons:

Le fait que personne nous ai prévenue sur l’électricité et d’eau qui coupe à 20h nous comprenons le principe mais nous aurions aimé être au courant
L’amabilité de la réceptionniste qui laisse à désirer

Pros:

The fact that the "hotel" is close to all other tourist atractions. It was easy to navigate to popular other spots. We also like the fireplace in the dining hall.

Cons:

The rooms don't have bar fridges. The parking is so far from the doors. There is notbody to help with luggage. This is not a hotel, more a self catering destination. The rooms are very outdates and need a revamp. The most modern part is the shower tiles. The pictures on the website and the price do certainly not speak to what we saw or experienced with our own eyes.

Beside the room, the stay was amazing

A Graskop Gem
Pros:

The rooms are cosy, beautiful and have a glorious view of the sunrise. My room also faced the pool and kept warm all the day and night. the breakfast was filling and wholesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Das freundliche Personal macht alles wett.
Pros:

Gute Ausgangslage zur Panoramaroute. Hübscher Garten und Pool, auch wenn es um die Jahreszeit zu kalt dafür ist. Gute Küche.

Cons:

Das kalte Bad. Das Zimmer konnten wir einigermaßen heizen. Ist halt schon fast Winter.

Pleasant and comfortable stay, with great service
Pros:

The property was the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and overall cleanliness. The staff were warm and helpful - they organised a birthday cupcake and song for my husband which we appreciated very much, the facilities were well maintained, It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the room did not have air conditioning, which would have made the stay more comfortable, especially on colder nights.
