Wir hatten dort einen Zwischenstop
Nettes Personal. Die Dame an der Bar war sehr lustig und nett. Abendessen und Frühstück waren lecker.
Das Zimmer war sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Man musste erst einchecken, um auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen. Abgeschlossener und bewachter Parkplatz im Hinterhof des Hotels. Etwas hellhöriges Zimmer, sowohl nach draußen als auch innerhalb des Hotels.

Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Siempre nos han atendido con una sonrisa, cercanía y mucha disposición para ayudarnos, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable.

Sin duda, el trato del equipo marca la diferencia.

Como aspecto negativo, la habitación y el mobiliario nos parecieron bastante antiguos y necesitarían una renovación. Además, la iluminación era escasa, lo que hacía que la habitación resultara algo oscura y menos acogedora. Mejorando estos aspectos, la experiencia sería aún más satisfactoria.

Amazing staff/team,welcoming enviroment and ofcourse mouth watering meals by the chef(s)...
Nolly knows how to cheer the customers at the bar. Her friendliness, warmth and passion to her job even made our stay remarkable with the drinks, laughter, chats and motivation quotes. She is such an Angel full of life. As for the dinning area staff, I honestly can't fault them with anything, they were all lovely and always in good mood.Not forgetting the reception team, they were always there in need.

Honestly, this hotel was the best choice as I am one person who believes in team work, and I witnessed that in this place...Keep, the unity spirit up...

Mooie locatie en fijne kamer in t centrum van Graskop. Gezellige bar, privé parkeerplaats etc.

Cons:

Het avondeten vonden wij vrij veel en het duurde lang voordat het eten kwam.
