Хороший отель не далеко от озера
Pros:

Отличный отель не далеко от озера. Все довольно хорошо. Вполне нормальный завтрак. Рядом с отелем есть бесплатная парковка.

Cons:

Выписка до 11 ти что не много не удобно.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. TV hat während unserem Aufenthalt von 2Tagen nicht funktioniert, Zimmer Reinigung schlecht. Keine Klimaanlage- für ****S Kategorie???

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in außergewöhnlichem Ambiente.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – direkt an der Altstadt bzw. dem Ortszentrum von Mondsee gelegen und damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas älter, was jedoch sehr gut zum Charakter und Flair eines Schlosshotels passt und den besonderen Charme des Hauses ausmacht.

Besonders gefallen hat mir der Wellnessbereich, der kostenlos genutzt werden konnte. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber sehr gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Saunen, Infrarotliegen und einem kleinen Pool. Auch das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig und bot viel Platz.

Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und informativ, sodass man sich jederzeit gut betreut fühlte.

Cons:

Kleine Kritikpunkte gab es dennoch. Die Zugangssituation zu meinem Zimmer wirkte etwas ungewöhnlich, da der Weg dorthin eher den Eindruck vermittelte, durch einen anderen Zimmerbereich zu führen. Außerdem bestand das angebliche Doppelbett lediglich aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, die sich relativ leicht voneinander verschieben ließen.
