xin phép góp ý với chị chủ ks một số yk (với mong muốn ks ngày càng phát triển): (1) Khách đặt phòng 3 giường cho 04 người lớn nhưng đến nhận phòng là 02 giường. Lễ tân ks không có một lời giải thích nào (rất sai), chỉ khi khách phản ánh mới giải thích và đưa ra giải pháp; (2) Phòng ở không sạch (xem ảnh), Tivi lúc dùng được lúc không, cửa phòng tầng 2 đối diện cầu thang mở ra đóng vào kêu rất to, ồn làm các phòng khác mất ngủ. Lavabo rửa mặt tầng 3 bị tắc, nc thoát rất chậm; (3) Có vẻ Ks quan tâm tới giá hơn là chất lượng sản phẩm/phòng.
