Der Empfang und das Personal waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit…

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage und das bei über 30° Außentemperatur :(
Leider kann man auch nicht vorfahren, um das Gepäck auszuladen…
Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich

Sehr liebevoll und detailverliebtes Hotel mit wunderschönen Details wie ein köstlicher Brut zur Begrüßung, ein kleines Säckchen mit den Schlüsselkarten, geöffnetes Fenster und Ventilator, schöne Pflegeprodukte im Bad, reizendes Personal, ein wunderbares Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Granola, Nussmuss, frischer Pfefferminztee…….
Ein perfekter Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days and would plan another trip to Haarlem just to stay in this hotel.
Pros:

We loved so much about this hotel -- the central location, the quaint historic feel, the amazing continental breakfasts prepared to order by our hosts. The spaces were all clean and the beds were super comfortable. But by far, the best thing was the hotel staff -- Lars, Jort, and Luisa -- who were amazingly friendly, gracious, and helpful. They made us feel like family members, interested to hear what we did every day and what we had planned next! And they had great recommendations for places to go and things to do.

Cons:

It's nitpicking, but this is a historic building so there was no central air conditioning, though room fans were thoughtfully provided and adequate for sleeping. There was also a low beam in our room that I had to duck under slightly to get in and out of bed, and I did bump my head on it a few times, but it was not really a big deal.

Ein Ort zum wiederkommen
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausserordentlich erfrischend, professionell, freundlich. Man fühlt sich einfach und aufrecht willkommen. Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und hat eine spannende Geschichte, die Architektur ist eine interessante Mischung zwischen sehr alt und modern. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und liebevoll am Tisch serviert. Alles war sehr sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem. Wenn wir wieder nach Haarlem reisen, werden wir wieder hier einchecken.

Cons:

Das Badzimmer ist ein wenig unpraktisch: wenig Ablageflächen, Duschnische ist relativ klein und Boden im Badzimmer entsprechend nass und rutschig nach dem Duschen, Duschwand steht zwischen Eingangstür und Waschtisch und das ist gefährlich, wenn man schlaftrunken zur Waschtisch lauft. Zimmer unter dem Dach wird warm wenn die Sonne scheint, ein AC wäre wünschenswert.

Amazing! again, Louisa and her team made our stay special.
Pros:

First off, Louisa, welcomed us like we were family. She is amazing! We were there with family, a sibling trip and we all loved the hotel, the size, the location, the atmosphere, the decor, the furnishings, the history.
Breakfast was so well done. Food was delicious.
Rooms were great. Our room faced the street, was a bit noisy in the morning but ear plugs helped with that.
We all said we definitely come back to this hotel.

Cons:

I can't think of anything to make it better.
