Märchenhaftes Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal
Pros:

- Bus direkt vor der Haustür
- fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur Alster
- sehr freundlicher Empfang und ich konnte direkt einchecken, obwohl ich viel zu früh war
- konnte mir die Zimmer anschauen, bevor ich mich einrichten konnte
- Kostenloses Upgrade erhalten
- auch die weiteren Gäste sind sehr freundlich, sie grüßen alle - da habe ich schon anderes erlebt
- Wunderschönes Hotel! - sehr gepflegt
- Viel Platz im Zimmer
- Ablagefläche im Bad
- Kosmetiktücher + Föhn
- zwei Ventilatoren!
- sehr gutes WLAN, konnte sogar Serien streamen ohne vorherigen Download
- es ist sehr leise ! Man hört nichts von anderen Gästen

Cons:

- Kein Aufzug
- erst kam tagelang niemand ins Zimmer, was ich gut finde, aber dann wurden wegen einer Nacht nochmal die Handtücher ausgetauscht, obwohl ich keine neuen wollte… finde ich sehr unnötig was die Nachhaltigkeit angeht!

Frühstück:
- Kein Gemüse und Brötchen (da französisches Frühstück)
- der Frühstücksraum ist beengt und wenn eine große Gruppe mit dabei ist, ist es sehr laut
- die Tische sind sehr niedrig

Preis ,-Leistung passte bei uns überhaupt nicht einander .

Sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet .

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein und man sitzt sehr beengt . Das Angebot zum Frühstück war sehr überschaubar ,bzw
minimalistisch .

Pros:

Charme un peu désuet mais, très bonne localisation, petit déjeuner délicieux et personnel très arrangeant.

Cons:

Le revers de la médaille du charme désuet : pas d’ascenseur, équipements un peu vieillots (eg vieux sèche cheveux accroché au mur)

„Sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel in einem charmanten, gepflegten Gebäude. Die ruhige Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Hamburger Innenstadt. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und persönlich, das Haus hat viel Charakter. Für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg eine wirklich schöne Adresse.“ Wir kommen nochmals....

Bis auf diese "schreckliche" Panne: ALLES BESTENS!!!!

als wir nachts (vor 00 Uhr) ins Hotel kamen, stand ein Gast vor seiner Zimmertür. Er hatte seinen Chip-Karte im Zimmer liegen gelassen und vom Wind war die Tür zugeschlagen, als er draußen war. Es gab absolut KEINE MÖGLICHKEIT erneut in das Zimmer zu kommen. Ich habe ihm aus meinem Zimmer ein Kopfkissen geliehen. Er hat die Nacht VOR SEINER ZIMMERTÜR auf dem Teppich im Flur geschlafen. !!!??? Es gab KEINE NOTHILFE, um erneut an seinen Zimmerschlüsssel zu kommen, bzw.- in sein Zimmer überhaupt????
