Very pleasant indeed (unfortunately foreshortened having to go home a day early due to illness).
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Situation very good. Car park a fair distance from hotel which was a pain in the rain, but impossible to improve. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

As said above, car park. Not easy carrying heavy cases.

A very relaxing, comfortable stay

Cons:

Places to sit outside would be amazing… a few benches, chats and tables in the green spaces. There’s no where to go if you want to sit and enjoy the sunshine

Just what was needed. It’s not cheap but you know that when booking. Would def book again.
Pros:

We needed last minute accommodation due to family emergency, as it was Wells carnival week this was the nearest we could get with parking. We came and went without time restrictions and could always park. Fabulous free mini bar and homemade biscuits every day. Staff were lovely and breakfast great. Amazing cool air fan in the bedroom, great in this heatwave.

Cons:

We were in the smallest room Honks Pit snug double, we knew it would be small so that was no issue but the WiFi was a bit rubbish. Kept disconnecting and really slow. Needed to check a dietary issue in the conservatory and had to walk to the front door to get a signal. Think it needs WiFi upgrade all around.

beautiful views and buildings. peaceful and magical decor. a lovely room and bathroom and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

only down side was the dinner. it was ok. but not brilliant for the price. more choice and more options on spend would be great.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Nice to be able to walk around Holkham park and visit the beach. Also not too far away from Wells next the sea.

Tolle Lage, wundervolles altes Gebäude, gut saniert
Pros:

Das Viktoria liegt in der Nähe eines der schönsten Abschnitte der Küste Norfolks und hat ein gutes Restaurant. Ich war in einem sehr schönen alten Nebengebäude mit Maisonette-Wohnungen untergebracht. Das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock war großzügig und sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bad ein absoluter Traum.

Cons:

Leider war das Wohnzimmer unten eher ungemütlich eingerichtet und sehr dunkel. Zudem gab es, obwohl es einen von Hecken umgebenen Rasenbereich vor der Wohnung gab, konnte man nicht direkt nach draußen. Die Tür wurde offenbar bei der Sanierung zugemacht.

A wonderful stay celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary.
Pros:

We loved being a short drive from the magnificent Holkham estate and a very short drive to Holkham’s breathtaking beach

Cons:

Would visit much more often but it is expensive
