Was ok but very chilly told staff next morning they didn't seem that interested plus shower was broke pole came off

Very good value & very friendly
Pros:

Free parking. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Researched what we wanted to do & popped typed out information underneath our room door as promised 🥰
Large room, comfortable & clean. Swimming pool, jacuzzi fab & staff very helpful.
Breakfast staff very helpful & lots of food options. Hubby enjoyed cooked breakfast, I enjoyed my usual cereal & toast. Easy to get a taxi to the station which only took 8 mins & a train into Liverpool which only took about 16 mins.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little on the small side but was ok for us.

Pros:

Clean, fresh, quiet room, good breakfast variety and the cooked fair was pretty fresh. The staff were prompt, obliging and cleared very quickly and unobtrusively.

Cons:

The water supply was a little defective in my bathroom - but got hot water in the end. The room was serviced on Friday (but no biscuits to go with the tea). On Saturday, the bath may was changed and teal/milk replenished, but I was left to make my own bed... Not a terrible hardship, but surprising. And there was no biscuit (again). I wonder why that it? Are guests not 'welcome' when they stay a second and third night. I believe that I paid the same for my second and thrird night so thereby deserving of the same service/facilitires.

A lovely, tucked-away gem, perfect for a short stay when visiting Liverpool.
Pros:

The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially Jake, who checked us in. The same applies to the restaurant and leisure centre staff.

We ordered room service for dinner and the service and food were equally exceptional.

Cons:

We liked everything about the hotel. The leisure facilities were a huge bonus.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff were amazing food was good beds comfy room good size large free car park easy to find enjoyable stay so much so stayed overnight on return journey too

Cons:

Pick your days as incredibly busy over racing days at Haydock Park however wasn't noisy in rooms just n communal areas

Great location, staff and rooms
Pros:

We've stayed here several times. Check in staff are very warm and helpful. Rooms especially deluxe rooms well equipped.

Cons:

We asked for a quiet room but were placed on a corridor with lots of families and a dog that woke us in the early hours.
We stayed for an extra night extending our stay to 3 nights in the same room. We arrived back late evening and the room had not been cleaned or made up. The receptionist was exceptional and brought us up clean cups and tea and milk for the morning.

I can home tired and irritated

Carpet in room wet the room was freezing as my husband is disabled tried to put heating on wouldn’t come on then fire alarm went off at 12.30 am abd we had to leave hotel it was raining and freezing i only booked for him because of spa and i need a break had to drive hone nearly 200 miles next day because he difnt sleep and he said he was feeezing all night and they washed caroet still wet abd smell of urine of it
