Very friendly and clean. So easy to find and it has such an interesting history- the spa was amazing - so warm and just right for me. The staff were attentive and so helpful too - I was there for work and needed some paperwork printing off. Reception were only too willing to help and gave me enormous peace of mind!
A few sun beds in the spa wouldn’t go amiss if you were going to spend a whole day there
The swimming pool.
The meals ordered took ages to arrive and when they did they were wrong. Puddings were provided due to the error and the pudding my son order came out wrong also. At breakfast there were no plates. The hotel was not that busy. The breakfast items that had been used were not replenished without someone asking for it.
Great location. Pool was a bonus. Bar and restaurant great. Plenty of parking. Rooms very comfortable with AC.
Not enough sockets by bedside. Only one usb charging point at bedside.

Nice desk with plenty of power points. Air conditioning greatly appreciated on a 35c + day. Staff were all pleasant amd helpful.
Room was adequate but looking a little "tired" The room for a Holiday Inn I would have expected to be better. The bathroom was small, the shower need to have a stronger flow of water. The flush button was hidden when the toilet seat was up and the toilet roll was in an awkward place behind you. More thought is needed regarding the layout,
