This hotel just marked me as “no show” although i only reached the hotel at around 6 PM ( check in time was 2-3pm). They did not bother to check whether I am coming or on the way whatsoever before hand. Reached hotel only to realise we have no more room, and the hotel was fully booked. Had to look for another hotel to stay and go there ourselves. No apology or compensation whatsoever from hotel since Sept 13 ( it is now Oct 24), have also raised this issue to booking.com customer service and also no response. Lousy service from both parties.
The hotel’s reply to my situation : Hello, a week before check in date ,we did ask you to confirm the arrival because your booking was UNPAID. And below is your answer : "Hello is it possible to change dates? Due to the chaos that is happening now in SOuthern Thailand, we fear for safety and would prefer not to travel to Thailand for the moment. Thank you" From above answer, we noted that you won't come anymore and we asked you to do the cancelation. We only can reserve room for the one who can confirm the arrival or paid in advance. but you do not pay for anything and confirmed to do not travel to Thailand. We do proceed as policy. Thank you for understanding.
FIRST: I DID NOT CONFRM THAT I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAILAND ANYMORE NOR WANT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING. I ONLY MADE AN ENQUIRY IF I CAN MODIFY MY BOOKING, WHY DID THE HOTEL ASSUME THAT I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAILAND ANYMORE? 2NDLY : DID THEY CHECK WITH ME AND CONFIRM WITH ME IF I AM REALLY NOT GOING TO STAY THERE ANYMORE BEFORE MARKING MY BOOKING AS “NO SHOW” AND RELEASING MY ROOM TO OTHERS? NO,THEY DID NOT CHECK NOR CONFIRM WITH ME. THEY JUST ASSUMED I AM NOT MAKING THE TRIP ANYMORE. THIRDLY, THEY MARKED MY BOOKING AS ‘NO SHOW’, WHICH ONLY THEY CAN SEE FROM THEIR SYSTEM. FROM MY SIDE, IN MY BOOKING, I CAN SEE MY BOOKING STATUS AS ‘CONFIRMED’, SO I DID NOT REALISE THAT MY ROOM IS ALREADY NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR ME, ONLY WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL.
Guess this hotel cannot be bothered anyway since they still have guests coming to stay. Can you imagine how bad the situation would be like if we were not able to find another hotel to stay when we reached there only to find out that our rooms had already been given away? And in booking.com our booking was still showing CONFIRMED up until the moment we reached the hotel! THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELEASING MY ROOM WITHOUT INFORMING ME, MAKING ME WASTE TIME AND EFFORT!

Nothing. Did not get to stay because hotel simply marked me as”NO SHOW” even though i did not give confirmation that I want to cancel my stay.
This Hotel is very unprofessional. They simply marked me as “no show” in booking.com system. However, from my side, i could only see that my booking is still confirmed on my account. Reached the hotel thinking that my booking is confirmed but turned out someone in the hotel marked us as NO SHOW and there is no more room available for us. Had to look for other hotels to stay ourselves ( there are 2 adults and 4 elderly people who are about 70 years old in our group), and booked tuk tuk ourselves to new the hotel to stay. All this because i have earlier message the hotel asking if I can reschedule my stay at the hotel or not ,due to unrest in southern Thailand and we are considering to reschedule our trip to Hatyai. I did not give ant confirmation that I WANT TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL my stay at this hotel, and they also did not check with me properly before marking me as a “NO SHOW” guest and then giving my booked room to others, all without notifying me. This hotel should compensate me for the tuk tuk that i had to pay to get to my new hotel. And also i had to waste almost 30-40 mins there looking for a new hotel to stay with minimal assistance from hotel staff, after a long day of travel from Taiping Malaysia. HUGELY disappointing service from this guesthouse.
2nd time stayed there..still had a pleasant stay..highly recommended esp travel with family..
The best so far, been here for the first time April 2025 and we came back here because the facilities was very good. The staff so friendly and helpful. Please, stay here if you are going to Hatyai. the location is so strategic and easy to walk to go 7eleven, Lee garden and street food and Ayutthaya noodles

The location is nice located in quite area. Easily to access by walk to lee garden area and kimyong market. 7 eleven also just nearby the hotel.
The room smell so good I really like it. Toilet also very clean. Bed so comfort. Air conditioner functioning well.
Bardzo fajny hotelik w samym centrum za nieduże pieniądze . Mały pokoik ale wystarczajacy , czysto. Na plus jest mozliwosc na dole przy recepcji zrobić sobie kawke, zjeść tosta lub poczestowac sie slodkościami. Polecam
When check in, there is no aircond, we have to move to another room

Near the market. Easy to find a food court, and you can just walk there.
When I take a shower, the water is slow to drain away.
