Friendly staff. OK breakfast
There is cigarette smoke everywhere, which is disgusting! It also drifts into the rooms! Water were leaking in the rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times to get a non leaky one. Many small cockroaches! Aircon hose is always leaking into the bathrooms, in my first room small black worms were in that water! Don't use their laundry service. Three pairs of my new umderwear now have holes! And one pair of my new pants with elastic waistband is now very loose and almost ruined:(
service first charged me for express even though I didn't order that and also did not even get it back in express time. Second time my 0.98 kilo, was charged as 1,3 kilos. The muzak playing most of the day is pretty annoying, as you can hear it inside your room. Don't use EU hairdryer, it will kill the power in your room.
Affordable & easy to access
The toilet on the room 323 is terrible, has bugs flys and worms. They need to fix the toilet on 323.
