The staff were helpful
Facilities were poor TV didn’t work and no wi fi
They were very accommodating when it came to our early check in request as we were attending a wedding (shout out to Nick on reception!). The staff were really quick to respond to my emails and were lovely at the hotel. The room was ideal as it accommodated 3 adults which you don’t see very often. Also, breakfast was fab and much needed!
Great location, great bar with a car park at the back made us comfortable about the bike security.
Nice freshly cooked breakfast in the morning
My room was on the front, so quite nosy. The bed was quite firm, I suspect the mattress is a little old? Otherwise it was fine for what we needed.
Located next to the river and adjacent to the bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and includes small wardrobe, dressing table and bed side drawers.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms and beds were clean, the hotel was very quiet, and the parking facilities were excellent.
A special thank you to Nick at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and funny throughout our stay. His positive attitude and outstanding service truly made our experience and more than made up for the small inconveniences. He is a real asset to the hotel!
The only downside was the shower. The water pressure was quite low, and the fixed shower head made it a bit inconvenient to use.

Location was great for the weekends activities- good local restaurants and bars which gave plenty of choice for families and individuals
Room and facilities were more than suitable
The breakfast time was later than advised and could have been done with being earlier. We had an activity booked to start at 9am but the advertised said 8:30 start for breakfast.
I did think this was slightly over priced for the what you got.
