Un mare da sogno che ha reso magnifica la nostra vacanza
Pros:

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.
La posizione è eccellente: sul porticciolo di Nikiana, spiaggette dal mare bellissimo e con tanti locali per fare aperitivi e con tavernette tipiche per pranzare o cenare.
Alloggiare a Nikiana ci ha permesso inoltre di visitare l’isola facilmente essendo a metà strada da Lefkada e da Nidri.

Cons:

L’hotel è un po’ datato e alcuni arredi andrebbero sostituiti con altri nuovi e più funzionali.
Tocca precisare comunque che il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo, esaudendo sempre qualsiasi nostra richiesta: e questo, credo, sia impagabile.

Pros:

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα. Οι άνθρωποι πρόθυμοι να μας προτείνουν ότι τους ζητήσαμε. Άριστη εμπειρία, θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα.

Clean functional room

Cons:

Staff is abrupt, unfriendly, rude and doesnt speak any english. They banged on my door at 8am to tell me to go downstairs to reception, even though check out time is 11am. I go downstairs and they re clueless...Plus lots of noise from big groups that come.in busloads. Needless to say, didn't sleep much. If you can't sleep in hotel, what s it good for?

Pros:

Μείναμε σε δωμάτιο του τρίτου ορόφου, που βρίσκονται στη σοφίτα. Από το μπαλκόνι φαινόταν η θάλασσα. Διέθεταν πρωινό με 5€ / ημέρα / άτομο
Το κρεβάτι ήταν σχετικά καλό
Το προσωπικό ήταν ευχάριστοι και χαμογελαστοί.

Cons:

Ήταν μικρό και στενάχωρο και για να βγεις στο μπαλκόνι έπρεπε να σκύψεις για να περάσεις από την μπαλκονόπορτα. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, οι σωλήνες στάζανε, υπήρχε μούχλα στη ντουζιέρα και δεν υπήρχε χώρος να ακουμπήσεις τα σαμπουάν.
Ολα αυτά ήταν ανεκτά συγκριτικά με την τιμή, 80€/διανυκτέρευση (όχι γενικώς, 80€ είναι πολλά απλά οι τιμές στο νησί έχουν ξεφύγει εντελώς).
Το αρνητικό ήταν ότι στον τρίτο όροφο έχουν γίνει τα δωμάτια με γυψοσανίδα και ακούγονται τα πάντα (ακούγαμε ομιλίες από διπλανό δωμάτιο καταλαβαίναμε ακριβώς τι έλεγαν), δεν υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα. Ήμασταν τυχεροί που δεν έκανε κάποιος φασαρία το βράδυ.
Επίσης 2 από τις 4 ημέρες δεν είχε νερό το βράδυ για κάποια ώρα, πράγμα λογικό λόγω του υπερτουρισμού στο νησί, αλλά θα μπορούσε να υπάρξει μια προειδοποίηση.

Cons:

Μείναμε ενα βράδυ στο ξενοδοχείο. Στις φωτογραφίες φαίνονται οι βλάβες που ειχε το δωμάτιο. Ανοίξαμε το ψυγείο και έτρεχαν νερά από την κατάψυξη και όλο το ψυγείο είχε νερά, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να βάλουμε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό μέσα. Τα νερά έτρεχαν και εκτός ψυγείου στο πάτωμα. Στο μπάνιο το καλαθάκι για τα σκουπίδια ηταν χαλασμένο, οπότε έπρεπε να το ανοίξεις με το χέρι από το καπάκι. Η μία μεριά από το καζανάκι χαλασμένη και κολλημένη με αυτην την διακριτική κόκκινη ταινία. Στην ντουζιέρα είχε μια κουρτίνα που ήταν σαν να μην υπήρχε, καθώς όταν την έκλεινες πεταγοντουσαν τα νερά έξω και γέμιζε όλο το μπάνιο νερά. Η πόρτα του μπάνιο είχε κενό και δεν εφαρμοζε στο πάτωμα οπότε τα νερά πήγαιναν και στο υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο! Στην ντουλάπα στο πίσω φυλλο ήταν ξεκολλημενη η μία μεριά της. Στο τραπεζάκι ήταν λιγο σπασμένο το τζάμι. Το χειρότερο ήταν που δεν έκλεινε η πόρτα του μπάνιου ποτέ, καθώς ήταν χαλασμένο το χερούλι και δεν υπήρχε καν κλειδί να την κλειδώσεις, πράγμα εξαιρετικά ΑΒΟΛΟ. Στα μπαλκόνια δεν υπήρχε διαχωριστικό, οπότε ένιωθες ανασφάλεια ότι ο διπλανός μπορεί άνετα να περάσει στο δικό σου δωμάτιο και έπρεπε συνέχεια να κλείνουμε τις κουρτίνες καλοκαιριάτικα. Στο check out μας είπε από μονη της η κυρία ότι είναι ανοιχτή στα παράπονα και να αναφερθούμε στην Booking, χωρίς εμείς να της πούμε κάτι, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι είναι συνηθισμένοι στα παράπονα αλλά δεν κάνουν κάτι για αυτό. Ο μόνος λόγος που μείναμε εκεί ήταν επειδή ήταν το μόνο διαθέσιμο και καταλάβαμε αργά το γιατί. Το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν θέα. Δώσαμε 115 ευρώ για ένα βράδυ που δεν είχε καν πρωινό. Πεταμένα λεφτά.
