Pros:

Ich bin mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten im Zentrum von Jakarta und sehr gut erreichbar. In der Nähe befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle des Busway-Systems, sodass man viele Orte bequem erreichen kann.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man merkt sofort, dass die Zufriedenheit der Gäste hier eine große Rolle spielt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung sogar besser, als ich erwartet hatte. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich dieses Hotel fast als Luxus. Handtücher, Seife, Zahnpasta, Minibar, Safe, Kleiderschrank und ein Fernseher mit guter HD-Qualität – alles war vorhanden, was man von einem guten Hotel erwartet.

Egal ob für einen längeren Aufenthalt von einer Woche oder nur für eine Übernachtung, dieses Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich ohne Frühstück gebucht habe. Aufgrund meiner positiven Erfahrungen gehe ich jedoch davon aus, dass auch dieser Bereich gut organisiert ist.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wenn ich wieder nach Jakarta komme, werde ich dieses Hotel sehr gerne erneut buchen. 😊🏨✨

Good clean room, excellent staff but little bit noisy.
Pros:

The room was clean and roomy. There is a cafe.

Cons:

If you need a quiet room or rest at this hotel please check with the hotel first if there is going to be a party or else, because noise travels very easily at this hotel. It happened to us when there was a function on the night before our niece's wedding. The function and noice last over midnight!!!

Luthfan adlı çalışanı bulun size yardımcı olacaktır bir çok konuda

Cons:

Tesiste pencere yok oda da cam var ama kapalı pencere değil.
Yatakta kan oldu house keeping çağırdık odanın temizliği için geri geldiğimizde odayı kilitlemişlerdi lobby ye indiğimde benden 690.000 IDR ücret kestiler. Yoksa odaya almayacaklardı.
Bayram dolayısıyla kuru temizleme ve çamaşırhane servisleri yoktu
Kahvaltı zayıf ama sipariş edebileceğimiz bir çok seçenek var.

Le personnel est super mais je ne suis plutôt déçu par ma mésaventure.

la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

L'eau de la douche met du temps a être chaude et il y a très peu de pression. Ma chambre a eu une infiltration d'eau par le plafond lors d'une soirée pluvieuse. J'ai du changer de chambre a 1h du matin. Dabs l'autre chambre la climatisation était longue a faire du frais et internet fonctionnait aléatoirement. Je suis retourné dans ma chambre 2 jours après, fuite de la climatisation et encore une infiltration par le plafond, tout a été corrigé dans la journée. L'établissement a refusé de faire un geste commerciale pour le désagrément subi.

Perfect for a night
Pros:

The place is clean, very easy check-in even we arrived late at night.
The room is clean, large enough, well designed.
Bathroom is ok and clean.

Cons:

Taxi have to pay 5000 RP to pick up !!! No way
