OK for a one-night stay
Pros:

Loved the room, and it was great having a balcony. It was so good to have a pool there, but it was extremely warm - but still very nice to have a lounge around in.

Cons:

I found the receptionist on duty when I checked in a little aloof, and I was rather irritated when I went to go out to find some supper that I couldn't get out of the hotel by using the door by the reception, as it was locked. Presumably she had gone for a break? And I had to go a long way round to get out. When I came back. about an hour later, it was open again.
There was nobody on duty when I left the next morning, and so I asked one of the restaurant staff to call a taxi for me. Again, not very friendly - but it didn't really matter.

Good price considering the spa area but wouldn’t necessarily come back.
Pros:

Building looks recently renovated, the hotel not far from the train station and Maurach is easily reachable by bus. I appreciated the sauna and the pool after a long hike and a cool day, which are open until 10pm.

Cons:

Pool area is a bit run down, breakfast is quite average and the bed wasn’t the most comfy.
Jenbach is a fine enough town but options for eating out are limited.

Pros:

房间很大，价格实惠，性价比高。房间卫生不错，工作人员也很友善，帮我解决了寄存行李的问题。早餐不错。Jenbach是一座在山谷中很安静的小镇，待的很舒服。

Cons:

虽然离火车站的直线距离只有12分钟，但是需要走一段上坡路。当然这并不是酒店的错，酒店本身我非常满意。

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön. Frühstück Tip top

Cons:

Die Lüftung oder ein Motor, der im Zimmer zu hören war, war ein No Go. Keine Ahnung wo dieser betrieben wird, auf dem Dach oder wer weiß Gott wo. Konnte nicht schlafen. Schade, weil das Hotel ansonsten absolut top ist

Cons:

Obwohl ich im Rahmen der Stornierungsfrist mitgeteilt habe, dass statt 5 nur 4 Personen anreisen wurden uns alle 5 verrechnet.

Ausserdem erhielten wir ein Zimmer, welches nur gegen eine Wand schaute.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war mager, und das Personal machte einen total überforderten und gestressten Eindruck.

Cons:

Absolut keine Flexibilität eine halbe Stunde früher überhaupt das Haus zu betreten. Ein Anruf beim Chef ergab auch keine Lösung außer einer schnodderig Antwort: dann wird gleich schon jemand kommen.

Lovely hotel in a great spot!
Pros:

Lovely hotel with good transport connections for various activities. Very friendly and helpful staff, would highly recommend.

Cons:

The lack of a kettle / tea making point would be the only criticism.
