The staff was amazing and always welcoming, especially IIigel. The service was very fast and perfect. I also really appreciated the follow-up after check-out, as they took the time to ask about my experience and get back to me, especially Serena.
Overall, everything was perfect. I always enjoy staying here. The hotel area is lovely, cozy, well-organized, and very clean. Everything was excellent, and I had a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
Both pools are nice, but for the smaller one, if they change the tile color from green to blue, it would look much better as a swimming pool. Having blue tiles would make the water look much more beautiful and inviting.
Cleanliness
The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. A special thank you to Maroun, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was always friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
The only downside was the music at the pool during the daytime. It was quite loud and energetic throughout the day. It would be even more enjoyable if the volume were lower or if relaxing background music was played instead, creating a calmer atmosphere for guests who want to unwind.

My stay at this hotel was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the cleanliness, the comfort, and the exceptional service.

A special thank you to Selina at the reception for her warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. I would also like to thank the Room Service team, Rudolf, Mazen, and Ali, for their excellent service and for always making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
