La propreté de l ensemble de l hotel
La localisation de l hôtel proche d une belle plage et de nombreux commerces
Bel espace de restauration (nappe en tissu changé après chaque client) et qualité des repas
Confort literie

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation de la porte de la chambre avec le couloir (on entend trop les bruits du couloir)

Viešbutis arti jūros šalia puikios promenados pasivaikščioti ir apsipirkti, kursuoja miesto autobusai kuriais lengva pasiekti Palmos miestą, oro uostą, su viskas įskaičiuota galima neribotai naudotis baro prie baseino kokteiliais, vynu vakarienės metu, Yra vidinis baseinas su džiakuzi.

Vieta patogi, tačiau vyksta gatvelių remontai tai tikrai iki jūros ne 350 metrų.

Cons:

Viešbučio personalas visiškai nekomunikuojantis ir nesprendžiantis situacijų. Situacija tokia kad šešių asmenų grupei rinkomės tris dviviečius su viskas įskaičiuota, bet booking metė, kad jūsų grupei netinka, bet aš spaudžiau ir galvojau patvirtinau, o gavosi kad sistemoje pasižymėjo du triviečiai ir visiškai be jokio maitinimo. Pastebėjau jau tada, kai nemokamai atšaukti negalėjau. Bandžiau susisiekti ir telefonu ir per žinutes su viešbučiu ir booking jokio atsakymo negavau kaip pasikeis kaina ir t.t. Booking parašė komunikuoti su viešbučiu. Atvykus viešbutyje buvo pasakyta komunikuoti su booking. 6 asmenims buvo paskaičiuota kosminė kaina, todėl likome viešbutyje triviečiuose kambariuose ir be maitinimo. Nors booking sistemoje įvedus užsakymą su maitinimu priemoka ženkliai mažesnė nei tiesiogiai viešbutyje. Kaip kompensacija viešbutis pasiūlė pirmą vakarą nemokamą parkingą ir laisvai pasirinkti gėrimus. Tačiau už vakarienę 150. Toliau mes,maitinomės ne viešbutyje. Per savaitę niekas net nepaklausė kas kaip. Valo kiekvieną dieną, jei uždedi kortelę, tačiau valymas yra tik šiaip paviršutinis. Lovos nepatogios ant ratukų. Vakarais programa visiškai skurdi. Mūsų kambaryje vienvietė lova pastatyta prie vonios ir tuoleto kambario, kiekvienas iš aukštesnių aukštų nuleidžiamas kanalizacijos garsas tiesiog pasibaisėtinas ir ypač naktį ir paryčiais kvapas. Vaikas miegoti ten net negalėjo. Balkonai erdvūs, esmė jei personalas būtų suinteresuotas komunikuoti su klientu, gal tada ir nematytum tų visų blogybių.

Pros:

Staff were super friendly and ready to help, special shoutout to Alejandro & Jesus, night shows were always good and team were always active and keeping everyone entertained. Food and drink were also good with a varied menu but also keeping some staple favourites.

Fantastic dishes, everyday another country food. Fantastic south american staff, smile, ready to help every moment. Big balcon. Fantastic cleaning in room and hotel. Good shows every evening.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Zarówno położenie świetne i hotel bardzo fajny

Animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Obsługa bardzo uczynna, pomocna i uśmiechnięta.

Cons:

Boiska przy hotelu były mocno zaniedbane. Wymagały by posprzątania i zadbania o lepsza infrastrukturę.

Wekend molto rilassante
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero bellissimo .Hotel pulito ,camere comode e personale molto gentile e disponibile,ottima posizione e atmosfera rilassante .colazione e cibo molto buoni ,con tanta scelta .Ci siamo sentiti accolti dal primo all 'ultimo giorno .sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti anche per famiglie .

Licht und viel Schatten
Pros:

Zimmer im 5.Stock mit etwas Meerblick. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück und Abendessen mit reichlicher und guter Auswahl. Es hat uns geschmeckt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Foros hier bei Booking. com sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und viele Jahre alt. Die Poollandschaft kann man als solche garnicht bezeichnen...
Cocktails keine Original und kaum trinkbar. Sangria furchtbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das ist leider das einzig positive. Das Bett war das schlimmste. Matratze liegt auf einem Eisengestell und dieses ist auf Rollen und quietscht. Die Matratzen sind aus Schaumstoff und uneben.
Bad mit Badewanne und braunen Fliesen, nicht mehr zeitgemäß .Der Safe kostet 5€ pro Tag!! und hat kein Zahlenschloss sondern einen Schlüssel..Parkplatz vorm Hotel 10€ pro Tag. Momentan kommt man zu Fuß nur mit Umweg zum Strand, da die Promenade in Paguera eine riesen Baustelle ist.
Für 3 Nächte war das Hotel akzeptabel.
