Tutto meraviglioso!
Pros:

Hotel fantastico!
Posizione perfetta: A soli 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Di fronte l’entrata una Bakery (perfetta per fare colazione aperta 24h) e un Market. Vicinissima anche la fermata del Bus pubblico.
Ogni giorno vengono fatte le pulizie e cambiano la biancheria. Il proprietario gentilissimo, solare e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Un solo consiglio: sarebbe comodo avere un piccolo stendibiancheria in camera. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Great people and great stay

Host was great very kind
Rooms where very clean and hotel was close to everyone super market across from it, 24/7 bakery across the road, bus stop 2 min walk and 10 min from the beach! Has a great fresh water pool as well!

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, di fronte ci sono un supermarket, un panificio e di fianco un noleggio macchine. Con una breve camminata si arriva alla spiaggia.
I proprietari e lo staff sono gentilissimi, sempre disponibili. Offrono transfer da e per l'aeroporto e anche noleggio macchine o scooter.
Bella anche la piscina con ombrelloni e lettini, dove potersi rilassare.

Tutto benissimo veramente un Hotel familiare gestito da un signore Yannis gentilissimo e disponibile, ritorneremo sicura

Hotel molto semplice e basico si potrebbe rimodernare ma il prezzo era ottimo e la posizione è comodissima vicinissima alla spiaggia di Perissa e Perivolos che sono le uniche spiagge attrezzate e raggiungibili facilmente. Le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani che non è scontato e tutto il personale è super gentile! Inoltre Yannis che è il proprietario ti aiuta in tutto nel trovare Quad o motorini e ha anche delle macchine per noleggio

La struttura era veramente molto accogliente, pulito e confortevole soprattutto per la piscina utilizzabile

Hôtel d'un autre temps
Pros:

L'extérieur de l'hôtel est agréable, bien que donnant sur une route passante et bruyante.
Petit supermarché ultra pratique, à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du patron, qui m'a changée 2 fois de chambre (1ère chambre sinistre et ne correspondant pas à ma réservation ! 2ème chambre : climatisation en panne !).

Cons:

Chambre lugubre (sombre, peu accueillante, meubles vieillots).
Lit à ressorts douloureux (le lit est composé de : 1 drap ...).
Dans cette chambre, une étrange mezzanine sans échelle, avec un lit qui semblait à l'abandon.
Pas de plateau de courtoisie : pas de bouilloire, pas de tasse, pas de cuillère.
Le balcon, censé être un atout, est inutilisable : 2 (!) gros blocs de climatisation y sont installés, générant un bruit permanent ainsi qu'un important dégagement de chaleur et d'humidité. Cela est soigneusement caché sur les photos de l'établissement.
Les espaces communs, notamment le restaurant, ne sont pas climatisés, ce qui les rend très difficiles à supporter en cette période de forte chaleur.
Je considère que les photos de présentation des chambres ne reflètent pas la réalité.
J'avais réservé 6 nuits : je n'y suis restée qu'une seule tant cette expérience fut pénible (j'ai donc perdu beaucoup d'argent).
En dépit de la gentillesse du patron, je déconseille vivement cet établissement au vu de mon expérience.

Nice pool, nice staff.

Cons:

We had bed bugs in our bed, got bitten like 20 times. Very itchy, very uncomfortable, now we either have to throw every cloths away or wash with 60 degrees. The staff was nice, we got a new room after noticing the bugs.

Pros:

Ons verblijf was erg prettig! Personeel was vriendelijk en zwembad was een goed aanwinst aan de vakantie. Voor ons appartementje konden we heerlijk zitten en ontbijten. Er is een supermarktje en bakker direct tegenover het hotel. Strand was ongeveer kwartiertje lopen en langs het strand genoeg restaurantjes en drinkgelegenheden.
