Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel premises. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a penalty fee up to 150 EUR.

Pets up to 10 kg are welcome. An additional fee of 20 EUR per night applies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

ממוקם טוב. מאוד משתדלים בשירות. ארוחת בוקר טובה

בחדר ריח לא טוב. השירותים לא מורידים מוצקים ומסריחים. במקלחת חלקים חלודים. מיטה לא נוחה. אין ציפיות. כריות קטנות. אין כספת בחדר. גובים כסף על חניה.

חדר רחצה גרוע.
מים מציפים את רצפת החדר עקב מיקום לא הגיוני של נקודת הניקוז.
אריחי רצפת הקרמיקה לא מתאימים לריצפה והם מאד חלקים וגורמים להחלקה.
סכנה !!!

Séjour confortable à Plovdiv
Pros:

Le confort fort et la taille de la chambre avec un petit balcon, l'emplacement très central

Cons:

Il y a eu un petit malentendu concerne parking : il n'est pas assuré. Bien préciser en demande particulière que vous avez une voiture et croiser les doigts pour qu'il y ait de la place
