Good for a short stay in Rostock
Pros:

Great location near the main square. Good value for money. Quite basic but everything you might need for a short stay.

Cons:

There's no lift and it's quite a few floors up

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Dass man vor Ort niemanden erreichen kann, weder per Telefon noch per Mail. Die Parkplatzgebühren sind zu hoch.

Preis passt - brutaler Rauch Geruch
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und zentral, Zugang alles unproblematisch und Preis top!

Cons:

Es hat brutal nach Rauch gerochen vor allem das Bett, ich bin selbst Raucher und es hat mich beim schlafen unglaublich gestört - und das witzigste: überall Schilder mit Rauchverbot, dann sollte man auch dafür sorgen dass es nicht nach Rauch stinkt.

Nur zum schlafen geeignet, wenn man bei Hintergrundrauschen schlafen kann.
Pros:

Bett war bequem, nachdem ich das HOLZBRETT (!!) unter der Matratze entfernt habe. Fernseher hatte HD-Sender. Bad war sauber. Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist überragend.

Cons:

Es gab praktisch kein Internet. Das angebotene Free-Wlan hatte bei mehreren Messungen MAXIMAL 0,68 Mbps. Das als Internet anzubieten ist Betrug! Unter der Matratze war ein HOLZBRETT(!!!), wahrscheinlich um die zu weiche drunterliegende Federung zu kaschieren. Das Fenster ging zum Hinterhof, der sich mit einem bzw. mehreren Restaurants geteilt wird und auf dem am Freitag Abend noch bis 0 Uhr laut Glas u.a. entsorgt wurde. Zudem läuft anscheinend die ganze Nacht eine Maschine auf dem Hinterhof (wahrscheinlich eine Klimaanlage), sodass es nie ruhig ist. Der Stecker der Nachttischlampe war bearbeitet und machte einen nicht sicheren Eindruck (siehe Bild). Es gab nur zwei Steckdosen, keine davon in Fernsehnähe, so dass kein FireTV-Stick oder ähnliches angeschlossen werden konnte (was aber auch egal ist, da es ja eh kein Internet gab). Der vorhandene Stuhl hatte Flohmarktcharme und war superunbequem. Alles in allem für 80 € pro Nacht eine ziemliche Frechheit.
