Pros:

Die Lage - zentral und ruhig. Parkhaus sehr nah - 15 Euro (von 0-24). Kein Personal vor Ort, jedoch online gut erreichbar. Preis-Leistung

Pros:

Eine Schlafgelegenheit im Zentrum von Rostock, Wasserkocher und Tasse+ Glas...( Löffel fehlt )
Bett hervorragend... Dankeschön 🙏

Cons:

Late check out möglich, leider kein früherer check in,
die Mülltonnen dicht am Fenster können eine Belastung sein...
offener Bereich im Parterre vor den Fenstern zum Hof ist sehr unschön...

Fahrradkeller nicht abschließbar, trotz Nachfrage. Defekte Badlampe, nicht sichere Steckdose am Bett für das Kind.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab trotzdessen, dass es winzig war, einen kleinen Kleiderschrank, um prinzipiell nicht aus dem Koffer leben zu müssen.

Cons:

Das Bett war viel zu weich auf eine Weise, dass ich mit einem Gefälle schlief, weil die Matratze zu einer Seite abschüssig war. Aus dem Bettgestell ragte direkt neben meinem Kopf eine große Schraube.
Am Späti direkt gegenüber vom Hotel lärmten noch bis weit nach Mitternacht Leute.
Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft am Tag vor der Anreise war zäh.

Smoky room - disappointing
Pros:

We were able to book last minute, and the building itself is in a good location and has bike storage for cyclists like us doing the Berlin to Copenhagen route.

Cons:

We were a group of 3, and booked a double room and a single room. The double room was fine (though extremely warm in the heat even with windows open), but the single room unfortunately smelled strongly of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room. The hotel should not have let out the single room, in my opinion.

Pros:

Wir sind gut und ohne Probleme in der Wohnung angekommen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Gegenüber gibt es ein Späti, in dem die Leute auf der Straße laut reden. Wir mussten das Fenster schließen, um schlafen zu können.

The advertised parking in front of the hotel does not exist. Furniture and interior needs some love as it is very old. Loud surroundings. Mold in the shower and wallpaper

Zimmer in direkter Nähe zum Stadtzentrum Rostock, ruhig und für 2 waere auch das Zi. groß genug ,
WaKocher war verfügbar und genug Steckdosen

jedoch stand kein offiziell verfübarer Parkplatz zur Verfügung, standen mit (Zwinker)
auf einem ZulieferStandort des Ratshauses weil (Nacht zu Sonntag)
zum Zi. : Leuchte in Bad und Vorraum defekt, vom Zusatzbett lössten sich die Lattenroststäbe,
Fenster steht geöffnet , schon über dem Bettteil ... u nur 2 Stühle Minitisch für 3 Leute zu klein.
